I just had the most upsetting customer service experience with Boca Leche I ordered a pair of their Exuma pants and was so excited when I got them in the mail to see that they are long enough for my 6' frame! BUT - the quality was really poor and there are holes in the stitching on the [redacted] and groin area I went to their website, read their policies about returns/exchanges (10-days) Then I went to their contact link and it says it's best to text them or call them That they would "love to chat." I called but the voicemail is full so you cannot leave a message So I texted and also sent photos I was pleased to see they were calling me back, within about minutes of me sending the text BUT when I answered the woman on the other end said, "Oh, I have the wrong number." Then I said, "Is this someone from Boca Leche calling me back?" (Because it was the SAME number I had just texted) She said, "Um, I called you by mistakeCan I call you back on Monday?" I said sure, but then remembered that they have a strict 10-day return policy on the website So I quickly blurted, "Oh, can I ask you quickly..." I was about to ask if I'd get an extension on the 10-day window as a courtesy I couldn't believe my ears when she cut me off and said, in an extremely harsh and mean tone, "I SAID I CALLED YOU BY ACCIDENTI NEED TO TAKE CARE OF SOMETHING..." I stopped listening and hung up I do not ever need to be treated like that again I will find someone to mend the pants for me but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL Beware! ...Update: After initially writing this post I received a call from the Boca Leche number I guess they decided they did have the time to call me back on a Sunday Here is what the voicemail said, word for word: "Hello, person in Denver, Colorado This is Boca Leche calling you on a Sunday afternoon You were so nice to us that you hung up on us, rudely We are going to find your order We are going to cancel your order if it has not been shipped We are going to issue a full refund We find it very rude that you actually had the audacity to hang up on us So now, we are going to give you the same courtesy We are hanging up on YOU." *click [redacted] Clearly, this is not a well run, respectful or kind hearted business as they claim to be all over their websiteA big NO NO NO to those thinking of spending your money on their items
