[redacted] Jun [redacted] ** [redacted] [redacted] placed an order with our company On Sunday May 24th all our orders go through an automated system and are processed as soon as they are submitted from any customerAlso on his order form he added in the comment box (Please ship ASAP Thank You) Being said his order was one of the first to be packed with UPS trackingAdding all the other orders on top of his from the weekend there was no way of pulling it from the pallet that was already shrinked wrapped up on the dock [redacted] ***s called in to say he wanted to cancel his orderHe was informed by Ryan our sales rep that his order was already processed and packed so it was too late to cancel the order He explained to him how the warehouse had his order already packed on the dock shrink wrapped with all the hundred of other orders for UPS to pick upOnce an order is processed, packed, labeled with UPS tracking info it cannot get pulled Ryan apologized to him and said he can refuse the order when it is delivered to him and when our warehouse receives his order back a full refund will be issuedHe also told him if he wasn’t home to refuse the order to let us know and then a UPS return label will be sent to him to send the order backWe apologized for shipping an order that he said too ASAP and would give him a full refund when we receive it backWe tried to work this out with him to get this taken care of as soon as possible like how he wanted us to ship his order to himWe received this email from him on May 27th You can refund ALL of my payment when your refused shipment is received or you can spend a very large amount of time and resources responding to complaints with the Revdex.com and debtt card disputes for startersSince I am retired and have nothing better to do there will be plenty of themHis complaint to the Revdex.com was submitted on the same dayHis order was delivered to him on May 28th which we see he did not refuse the order with UPSWe also tried to contact him about not refusing the order if he decided to keep the order or if we should send a return label and we never heard back from himI have no problem sending him a return label as Ryan mentioned to him on May 27thThank you,SueSJK Products
