Subject: Re: Revdex.com [redacted] thank you so much for your response and sending this again It is very much appreciated The dealership did not "operate in good faith" They were obviously being deceptive and it appeared behaving this way is a regular course of business It is dealerships like this that give car salesman such bad names This response implies that had this been addressed within days, my request would have been met I did talk to several employees throughout the first days and none of them where willing to address my concerns unless I physically came into the office This was an unreasonable expectation, given what was happening in my life, during this time I repeatedly asked to address this via email, telephone or text; all these attempts were refused If they were willing to rectify within days, I don't understand why they won't rectify now When I did finally come into the office, it was so obvious I was a burden, to them The manager kept checking his phone Telling me that I was wasting his time This does not equate to good customer service I am not "unhappy" with my purchase I love my car I am unhappy with the salesman being deceitful in the negotiation process He promised one thing and there was something complete different in the contract Finally, the dealership implies that they did everything in their power to abate my concerns They never made one offer to try to make this right All they did was say " will you except anything less than..." No offers were made No olive branches were extended, which further solidified my opinion that they have been deceitful (like this) in the past
Mrs [redacted] was contacted multiple times by various dealership employees immediately after it came to our attention she was unsatisfied with her purchasedays after the purchase she spoke to Mr *** the General ManagerAt that time we were unable to unwind the transactionIf Mrs [redacted] was deceived, it was not intentionalI have included a copy of the vehicle invoice and the profit sheet from the dealershipThe vehicle was purchased for less than invoice on the Costco ProgramThe dealership is not willing to refund dollars as we have found we operated in good faith and made multiple attempts to abate Mrs [redacted] s concerns
Hello ***, I am sorry you are unhappy with your purchaseWe do not unwind vehicle car deals due to customers having second thoughts about a vehicleLooking back at the notes internally, I do not see that you had informed the dealership or the General Manager of your unhappiness with the vehicle
If you would like to trade the vehicle for something else you would like please feel free to contact me or the General Manager.
