I hired this office to represent me at court but what a mistake they only think about there pocked how to scam you in every way as posable after years going to court for my injury from work at the end they forgot to look at my file and fix what the court requrared they never bothered to look at my file by the time they found out it was too late, And now they want to withdrawl from my case maybe they got paid from somewhere else

I was VERY disappointed with this law firm. I hired this firm based on the many commercials that they have on television, and trust me, I made a huge mistake! Attorney Susan was my attorney and she did not do a good job representing me in my case. She seemed to have had way too many cases which ultimately resulted in my case being lost. I was even more disappointed in Robert [redacted] because when I attempted to inform him of the problems I was having with Attorney Fransen, my concerns fell upon deaf ears. All I can say to anyone considering hiring this firm is to not be fooled by the commercials or the [redacted] reviews. They will do anything to sign you up as a client, but when you become their client and have an issue, you will be ignored. Please avoid this law firm at all cost or you will be sorry.
