Brooks and wade did perform work statedShe called and said heat wasnt working and could she bring it in on Saturday and I stated to her that im not open on weekends and I couldn't be available, I told her any day during week I look at it and we set up a day and timeCustomer never showed and now Im hearing of thisIt was new parts and have at least one year warranty Brooks and wade never tried to charge customer any more moneyCustomer was rude and tried to control shop from beginning of encounter

We put a motor in the carEverything was fine with the motorI have done everything I possibly could for herI went out of my way to try to help her

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 1*** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

DID IT EVER OCCUR TO YOU BROOKS AND WADE IS LYING?!?! YOU HAD ME GO GET ALLL THIS PROOF AND YOU WENT OFF THEIR WORD OF MOUTH!!!! IT IS SAD THAT YOU LET THEM GET AWAY WITH ROBBING ME!!! I hope and pray that no one in that building encounters a situation like thisYou believed what the fraudulent business people told youThere were no diagnostics done on my carBarry the painter bent valve in my engineMy car was new to meI provided carfax, other documents to prove as suchInitially I thought the owner would keep his word..he didn’t and I called the Revdex.com back to let you all know allll fluids were on the ground and you issued a ticketAllll of this and I never got what I paid forA TUNE UPNOONE SEEMS TO GET THAT!!! I NEVER NEEDED AN ENGINEHe did not do me any favors by replacing an engine that didn’t need replacedSo now that you all have helped them cover this upThey will continue to rob and intimidate their female customers & they know the Revdex.com will let them get away with it( Bad Business) anyone can get away with robbing a customer if they have Revdex.com accreditation for Bad Business and they get a rep like *** who didn’t even read my paperwork before he said he couldn’t do anythingI would’ve never thought in a million years the Revdex.com promotes bad businessLESSON LEARNEDGOD HAS THE FINAL SAY!!!! We replaced the engine. We are picking up the car. We are going to pick up the car and determine why the power steering is leaking.

We put a motor in the car. Everything was fine with the motor. I have done everything I possibly could for her. I went out of my way to try to help her.

Talked with Brooks and he will be sending Ms Devlin a check for the $250 she is requesting by April 13th to bring closure to this dispute.  He  apologized several time for not getting back to Revdex.com sooner.

My name is [redacted]. I was made to think the repairs to my car were complete and satisfactory as promised. Low and behold I take my car to get it...

washed..only to notice the spark plugs that I bought for them to do my tune-up are still sitting in my trunk with one spark plug missing. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! SOoooooo you mean to tell me my engine was put in my car but my tune up wasn't done? IT IS NOT MY FAULT THEY HAD TO REPLACE MY ENGINE!!!! IT WAS THE JANKY MECHANICS FAULT THAT BENT THE VALVE IN MY CAR!!!! I am so disappointed & frustrated. I want what I paid for..that's all I asked!!! IVE BEEN MORE THAN FAIR!!! The resolution I need at this time is for my tune up to be done at another shop and Brooks and Wade pay for it. Bless you, kindly.
