It doesn't get any better than Craig B[redacted] at Brown Roofing. I had a positive experience from scheduling to job follow-up. Craig was honest and told me my main roof had about 10 years of life on it but my patio roof needed replaced (asphalt where as my house is cement tiles). Craig's quote was clear and affordable. His scheduling time was reasonable. He and his crew were always professional, timely, competent and clean. I have a pool close to my patio and figured it would be inevitable that I'd get debris in my pool but no, my yard and pool were left spotless. Craig followed-up with us after the job to answer questions and discuss the job (as in, at my house, not some half-hazard phone call). I'm pleased all the way around and highly recommend him for your roofing needs. I'm keeping his number and will refer him to friends/family who find themselves in need of roof work. We had to get a new roof in August 2014, and Brown Roofing was the company that we chose. [redacted] was punctual and helpful through the entire process. The workers got the job done in less time than was promised and cleaned up the entire yard. In fact, it looked better than how it was when they got there. [redacted] also gave us free add-ons (such as vents), and the roof came out looking fantastic.
Fast forward to March 2015. We noticed a leak one morning coming from a AC return vent during a rain storm. Immediately we called Brown Roofing, and [redacted] was at our house within a half hour. He diagnosed the problem, which was actually a hole in the AC duct work, and fixed it for free even though it was an AC problem and not a roof problem.
I would recommend Brown Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof. [redacted] and his employees go above and beyond, are professional and courteous, and have the customer's best interest in mind.

July 2015: After having such a great experience last year when Mr. B[redacted] did the main house roof, I contacted him to roof my backyard patio. Brown Roofing did an excellent job roofing my back patio Ramada, and Mr. B[redacted] is professional, friendly and competitively priced. Mr. B[redacted] and I discussed the details of the work; removing and replacing rotting panels and roof work. He and his crew did exactly what I wanted and expected. I highly recommend Brown Roofing.

May 2014 : Brown Roofing saved the day. I hired Brown Roofing shortly after a prior disaster. When I had an addition built to my house, the previous contractor incorrectly installed the roof over the new room and erroneously overlapped it with the existing roof. Days later we endured days of massive winds and rain causing the new roof as well as parts of the existing roof to fly off and land mostly in my backyard. Consequently, it rained in my garage, kitchen and other parts of my house causing sever water damage. Brown quickly came to the rescue. They temporarily covered the roof until the rains subsided and installed a new roof on the house and over the addition as soon as possible. During my crisis (I was in panic mode), Mr. B[redacted] was patient with me, professional, and made me feel as if he cared about me and my house. He understood my needs and helped me choose a roof tile, color, and pattern that complimented my house style and color. I am very pleased with the results, and would highly recommend Brown Roofing. I've had my roof for over 5 years and have had no problems. I received quality workmanship, professionalism, and the estimated cost was on target. Not only did I choose Brown Roofing for their professionalism, but of the 3 bids I received, his was the most reasonable and didn't try to attach any unforeseen cost. If you need roof, I recommend you call Brown Roofing for an estimate.

[redacted] brown roofing just replaced my old roof which had deteriorated. I took bid estimates from four different contractors and [redacted] was not only competitive but he overlapped the underlayment on my cement tile roofing by 18 inches. The other contractors said that they would overlap by only 2 inches. Not only did [redacted] finish the job in three days as he promised but I had a wonderful experience watching his crew work they were very professional and did a daily cleanup that made my yard look like they had not even been there each day. I would recommend [redacted] roofing and his crew to anyone wanting the job done right at a fair cost.

I had the pleasure of working with Dean of Brown Roofing when my roof needed replacement in 2015. After noticing some leaks on my ceiling, I called around and got estimates from several roofing companies. The analysis Dean did of my roof was unmatched by any other company. This is because he is an actual contractor as opposed to a sales rep, which every other company sent out. Dean pointed out where the problem areas were, gave a very reasonable estimate, and even highlighted some additional issues with our skylight and chimney. Needless to say we went with Dean. He and his crew were always on time and extremely respectful of my home. They cleaned up at the end of every day and stayed out of the way as much as possible. Oftentimes repair work can drag on because only a few people are doing it at a time—not with Brown Roofing. They sent several guys out every day and were done in less than 3. They even came back to do paint touch-up! After the job was done, Dean personally walked me through everything they did. I was elated to see how much detail they put into the entire job and was pleasantly surprised when he pointed out some “additional” work they had done to help improve the flow of water (at no charge I might add) from our home—a big deal when it comes to those monsoon rains! Overall, I couldn’t have asked more from Dean and this company. Dean knows what he is doing, is familiar with codes, and will treat your roof like it is his own. Definitely go with him if you want the job done right!
