Hello? ? My name is Dan P [redacted] I'm the general manager with Dynamic Tint, this email is in response to complaint number [redacted] The customer brought his vehicle in on 02-27-to have his windows tintedThe customer stated he had made previous appointments with other companies who could not complete/perform the jobWe tinted the windows and during the application process we do remove the inside window seals on the roll up windows onlyAfter further inspection of the vehicle it was determined that these particular seals do not come outAfter the vehicle was tinted and brought back up one of my installers did forget to put a piece of door trim back onWhich was simply a few screws and we installed right back on in a minuteThe rear glass on the vehicle did NOT need to NOR have any parts or trim removed at allThe rear glass is tinted WITHOUT removing any interior piecesAfter the customer informed me of these concerns I viewed our camera footage and upon viewing the footage you can see no panels were removed from inside the vehicle and see that the windows did go up and down as they have to, to install the window filmI looked over the entire vehicle and noticed that the vehicle in question recently had rear end work done to itThe entire rear end of the vehicle was repainted and you can clearly see new panels, new rear glass and truck were installed.As well as new bumper and gas tankAfter opening the trunk of the vehicle the entire truck was in disarray the side panels of the trunk were removed, the bare medal was exposed in the truckAlso parts and pieces for the vehicle were in the trunkWhich clearly indicates the vehicle was just in a shop and or having other work or repairs done to itI also ran the Carfax and the vehicle wasn't even registered in the state of NJ yetWhich I can assume he may have just purchased itAfter mentioning the accident to the customer he did state the he was aware the vehicle was in an accidentThe vehicle came into our shop and left the same way it came inThe vehicle is years old so there was wear and tear as well as exterior and body damage doneI explained to the customer the interior panels are not removed only door sealsHe became a bit aggressive and gave me a bad attitudeThe vehicle was here for about hours as this vehicle is a bit move difficult to tint the windows on than a standard vehicle and I informed the customer before coming inMoral of this is the vehicle left the same way it came inI feel like the customer came in trying to get one over on us because he had failed attempts at other shopsThe window tint came out flawless and perfected which is the only thing that was done hereIf you have any questions regarding this email please feel free to message me back or give me a call at [redacted] --?
