Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I initially requested a refund via email and also by disputing the charge with my credit card company, none of which were accepted or offered by Burger Motorsports IncFurthermore, I was not disputing the information provided about the item purchased but rather the lack of informationYes, it clearly states an additional item would need to be purchased (referring to the steering wheel controls) but the item number is not included or disclosed prior to purchasing the harnessThe item number is ONLY provided once the harness has been purchased, which again, is what I find misleading (especially considering it's an additional 100-dollars)Regards, [redacted]

Furthermore, I was not disputing the information provided about the item purchased but rather the lack of information. Yes, it clearly states an additional item would need to be purchased (referring to the steering wheel controls) but the item number is not included or disclosed prior to purchasing the harness. The item number is ONLY provided once the harness has been purchased, which again, is what I find misleading (especially considering it's an additional 100-150 dollars).

Review: I was sold a product(Vehicle Tuner) that was faulty and damaged my vehicle leaving it inoperable. I received very poor quality of support and later found out that more could have been done. The company refuses to speak on the phone after SEVERAL requests, they only respond with periodic emails. I do not trust them, they want me to return the product out of my own pocket after wasting my time with 3 separate installs and leaving me stranded for an entire week without a car.Desired Settlement: I am fully prepared to return the purchased item, I have requested a box and pre-paid shipping label but they refuse. I want a refund and reimbursement of any fees I have to pay to get my vehicle fixed.
