This letter is to inform you that Bushmaster Lawn & Landscape has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 5/26/4:37:PM and assigned ID ***
*** from Bushmaster came and fixed the area that had issuesHe was polite and professional and even walked my wife through reprogramming the sprinklerWe still do not have a layout of our sprinkler system but at this point I am satisfied with having the front stones finally fixed
I hope that Bushmaster Landscaping realizes the importance of responding to their customers in a timely mannerOver months with no response is the single reason we are hereWe understand it's the busy time of year for landscaping companies but a simple reply to any of the many messages we sent would have sufficedMoney was not the issue just common courtesy and customer serviceI also hope that he realizes what a great worker they have with LukeThank you Revdex.com

All dry
stacked borders require some maintenance. Kids run on them, mowing equipment
moves them, soil settles, gravity and plant roots move them.
'Times New Roman Bushmaster
Landscape Inc. has done hundreds of borders and have never had anyone expect us
to repair a dry stacked border at no cost, which is the type of job for which Mr. [redacted] requested and paid for.
I never
stated or implied any guarantee that the stones would not move or become unstacked. That is not the job Mr. [redacted] asked us to
do, what we invoiced him for, nor what he paid for.
I
explained that the border would have to have a concrete footing and be mortared
into place for any kind of guarantee. That
type of border would have cost twice as much as the dry stacked border. Mr. [redacted] did not want to pay for a
mortared stone border, only a dry stacked border.
Against
my recommendation, the [redacted]’ picked a stone that does not stack at all
well. I recommended different stone that
is wider and stays in place better. They
insisted on using the stone they originally picked. In order to make it more stable we used a lot
of stabilized sand, as a courtesy and free of charge. Stabilizing helps, but does not bond the
stone in place.
Customers
have come back periodically and asked us to fix places that needed work, and
they have paid for the repairs. I admit
I told Mr. [redacted] I would come reset the couple of stones that had fallen
out. I will do what I said would, as
soon as there is an open slot in our schedule for the repair.
I've
been in business for 10 years and this is the first complaint I've ever had
filed against us. I take my and my
company’s reputation very seriously. I
work hard to provide the best materials and workmanship and I stand behind my
warranties. Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted]
chose a product for which I do not offer warranty, nor would any other
landscaping company.

I wish I could attest to the services for Bushmasters', however we never got that far.
We contacted them via their website in late February, and they did quickly reply back the same day. They asked us to meet on a date over 15 days later. It concerned me, but I accepted it since they replied so quickly. I assumed it was just a busy time of year. When that week came, they called me saying their contractor was sick and needed to reschedule. After playing phone tag for a few hours we did find a time the same week.
To be fair, the man, the owner I believe, showed up on time. He was personable, honest, and seemed to really know what he was doing. We did ask him to do some unusual requests for our deck, however he didn't flinch and said it could be done. At the end of it, he told us the estimate would be ready by that next Monday.
The next Monday flew by, and Tuesday, and we emailed them asking for an update. They told us it would take some time, and told us it would be done by that Friday. When that Friday passed, we had received no contact. We again contacted them that Monday, and they told us it wasn't yet ready. At this point, a week or more had passed since we were first told it would be ready.
After this point, and a few more emails, multiple days were passed without them contacting us when we were clearly waiting for a reply and answer. Since our first contact, roughly a month and a half has passed. We informed them that if they were going to take this long just to tell us an estimate, then we were seriously concerned for the actual quality of work for the job.
As a result, we have parted ways.

I used Bushmaster for my lawn service and landscaping. They installed landscaping lights, flagstone patio and fire pit along with Pergoda. We have spent close to $30,000.00 with this company.
I tried several times to get in contact with them for follow up or concern.
I also attempted to hire them for additional work. They did not return my calls or emails
I finally made contact with receptionist, she was polite and tried to be helpful always assuring me the owner would call back. He did not.
