In response to Midway Nissan, I will make the necessary arrangement to contact management for the refund of my down paymentsI also would like a letter with the company logo and signature from the finance manager that those contract(s) are null and voidI also would like to respond to your statement: I am beyond disgusted by the practices that were used to deceived meIn NO WAY did you try to help me, and that's frightening for past and future customers, its only a matter of time before you get caught

The Customer in question was referred to Midway Nissan by multiple sources*** *** who is not a salesperson or an employee of Midway Nissan, but a current customer was paid for the referral based on the information that we had from the deal. It appears that there is a dispute
between *** *** and *** *** on who actually made the referral. When *** *** arrived at the dealership, our Customer Service Director tried to explain that the referral fee had been paid to *** ***. *** *** became belligerent and disruptive on the sales floor and was asked to leave the dealership.We regret that *** *** is unhappy, but the referral money was paid out and do not intend to make a second $payment. There is no miscommunicationPer email from Joe A*** (Midway Nissan) on June 8th, 2017, the price is clearly stated as $19,in response to my best pricing query on www.cargurus.com advertising siteNo disclaimers were evident in the email or on the adThe so-called 'fees' was clearly an excuse for Midway Nissan NOT to honor the price that had been offered to the customerSee attachments for reference

Dear Revdex.com Representative.Our Service Director has left several messages for Ms*** however Ms*** has yet to call back.After researching this Complaint we found that when Ms*** initially brought her vehicle in, our service department diagnosed it. They then proceeded to contact
our sister stores and 3rd party vendors we use, in hopes to locate the part that was required, as we were out of stock. It did take some time for the diagnostic and the time our employees took to try to locate the part needed. Our service department was doing its best to resolve Ms*** issue on the same dayWe verified the part arrived the morning Ms*** called, and was not yet stocked in. We can understand Ms*** frustration in having to contact us to follow upThe only way our service department would know if a customer has a warranty, would be for the customer to advise the department. Warranty information is stored in our customers deal file, however that information is not available in our system, as again, a third party carries the warranty. After a customer advises that they have a warranty, our service representatives can verify with the holding warranty company. We hope this clarifies why our service department requested the information from Ms***Warranty's are held by third parties and the details of warranty coverage are not stored in our systems, since we are not the carrier. We apologize that we did not clearly advise Ms*** of this, and we will make certain our employees understand to refer customers to their warranty carrier for general coverage questions. We truly apologize Ms*** did receive the run around when it came to issues about her warranty. We will address this with our employees, as we do not like our customers to feel this-G.C*** Compliance Director

Dear Revdex.com Representative, We've reviewed Mr*** follow up response. In his Complaint Mr*** states that the purchase contract should be honored. Mr***y was never presented with a purchase contract, because we were not able to come to an agreement that would work both for Mr***y and Midway Nissan. All negotiations are an estimate and our sales personnel truly attempt to represent the customer's interest in price and payments to our Managers. Our managers determine how much we are able to accept on a sale, the sales personnel ask customers questions like "if we can do this, will you do that" and then present what the customer wants and is able to do to the managers for approval, denial or an alternative that works for both parties. We again apologize if there was a misunderstanding regarding the negotiation process and the actual acceptance of the proposal by our managers, that then would convert to a sale and require a Purchase Contract.
