To whom it may concern:All of the prices are shown for shipping once you select the shipping method you would like and press update by the subtotal or apply by the shipping method If a customer does not choose a shipping method it selects "FedEx Ground" which is the cheapest delivery option
We do not advertise anywhere on our website that there was free shipping Therefore, since we can not cancel the order once the order was processed and shipped, we can refund for the radiator until it is returned to us with an RMA# in new, uninstalled condition The customer has yet to contact us for a return for an RMA# therefore the customer still has the product. Since this issue has been reoccurring, we have entered in the price of the radiator into every product we have and now advertise as "free shipping" because may customers are not computer savvy The total prices remain the same it is just now we include the price of shipping in the cost of the product We feel like this should decrease the confusion and customer enjoy seeing "free shipping". Review: I ordered a radiator, received and installed it, and found it to be defective. It leakedDesired Settlement: Just to be refunded the money. I tried to call and asked them to return it and they refused

Review: I purchased a radiator online from buyaradiator.com in January, 2014 and put all the information requested online and received the radiator within 5-7 business days. The mechanic whom was working on the automobile stated this part is too big and asked for the shipping slip and their number and was told that the warehouse sent the wrong part and that part I received fitted a Mazda car and I could send back the part and they would exchange it at no cost to me. I called to get the address of the company and how I should send back the part, because it was sent by UPS. The Customer Service Department informed me that I could send it regular mail; which I'll have to pay and a 30% restocking fee which in total would be around $60.00 and the part cost $66.13; making the refund to my credit card would be $6.13, so basically they would get a new radiator and resale it to another customer. Today, March 20, pp2014 @ 9:15 am I spoke to a [redacted], Customer Service Rep. and a [redacted], Customer Service Manager about this issue and she apologize on the behalf or Buyaradiator employees and informed me that this part that was order by me did state that it fitted my automobile and she did not have a valid answer or REASON. I ask how to return the part and address; she informed me that I WOULD have to take pictures of the radiator (front and back) send to the Sale Department and wait for their response and send it off at the postal service and my account would be subject to a 30% restock fee of and the credit card will show a refund of $36.00. I mention to her after paying shipping and handling fees and restock fee I would be getting $6.00 and they would be getting a $66.13 radiator to sell to the next customer. This is how they make their money by sending out wrong parts and discouraging consumers/customers to not return item.[redacted]Desired Settlement: The total payment for the item of $66.13.Order # [redacted] Order yhst-[redacted] for buyaradiator.comMaster Card

Hello,

To whom this may concern. Our terms and conditions state that all sales are final and in the event that a return is desired the customer would be subject to pay a 30% restocking fee, regardless of an unused product or not the item # details and specs are all provided on the website including photographs of the parts desired to assist with ordering and essentially the customer is responsible for selecting the proper part number. The Terms and conditions is required to be check marked prior to proceeding with purchase order and product to be shipped out.

Ordered a radiator from buyaradiator.com... Called them when we received it to let them know the it was not the radiator that was pictured... One time we were told on the phone that there would be a 30% restocking fee to return (Which there website does not state anything of the sort) & then in an email they said all sales are final... The thing is is that we ordered the right one per the picture that was up on their website... They sent us a radiator that was completely different then was pictured!!! It was NOT our mistake it was theres! They then sent us an email stating that the picture was just a "generic picture" of a radiator! These guys are CROOKS & they know nothing about Customer Service or taking care of their customers at all! Just out to make a dime! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you want to get screwed over!

Review: I bought a new radiator from buyaradiator.com and when my mechanic opened the box to inspect it BEFORE he was going to install it, he noticed it was not the right radiator and had a rust color liquid in bottom of it (in fact not a new radiator but used). I called company and received attitude and was told to email warranty form and did so. I was then told to email pics of radiator and box to them, which I told them I didn't have any way of doing. I've been trying to send pics to them for over a month w/out success and gonna try again today. All I want is my money back and them to pay shipping since they sent me used radiator that wasn't right one to begin with.Desired Settlement: payed shipping to send back and full refund

Review: We purchased a radiator online with buyaradiator.com. They charged us an addional $116 for shipping for an overnight fee.We called the company serveral times they either would hang up on us or no take our call at all.We did not recive our radiator. They refused to refund our money. They kept saying it would ship and be deivered at a later date. The issue is, we were on vacation in Florida when we ordered the readiator. We spoke to the CS rep and the manager to explain that we needed it sent out overnight for next day delivery. Which is why they charged us an extra $116.It never came, we had to buy another radiator. We called them again they refused to take our calls. We have emailed and called them several times and they refuse to work it out or refund our money. They have lied to us several times.Desired Settlement: Refund us the $316.78 we paid.

Review: I was in need of a new radiator and was referred to this site by a friend, I entered my vehicle's information and the website said that it had what I needed so I placed the order. When the part arrived it was the wrong part, I therefore proceeded to contact them and request a refund. I was told that all sales are final and that they could exchange the part for the right one. I asked for the exchange and they asked for the part number of the correct part, when I sent them the correct part number they told me that they did not carry that part number and they could only give me a partial refund because of a restocking fee and a reboxing fee. The representative also suggested that I sell the part because I would get more than what they would give me. I asked why the website did not just say that it did not carry the part I needed and they told me that the website offered a part that was supposed to be compatible with my car, which is not the case at all.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund in the amout of $79.99, and for them to make the necessary changes to the website to corretly show whether they carry a specific part and to show the correct part for the specific model and make of cars. I would also like for websites like this to inform the customer that they do not offer full refunds and will charge restocking and reboxing fees for any returns.

Review: The company only gives store credit for returning merchandise. My issue with this is I have a unused still in the box radiator for a 2000 Ford Contour and that car has been sold for scrap. The new car I have purchased does not need a radiator and it is unknown as to when I will need a radiator. This basically means in my mind I have lost money for no reason and have a part that I will never useDesired Settlement: Return the merchandise to the company and receive a refund for the monies spent

Review: I ordered a radiator with my credit card for my vehicle on-line from Buy A Radiator on 8-26-2014 . I spoke to sales rep to make sure I was getting correct radiator sent to me , she checked and confirmed that I had purchased correct replacement part and if it was not the correct one sent to me , that I would get it exchanged or full refund for my purchase. I received the wrong radiator on 8-29-2014 . I called their customer service department at 714-587-3950 on 08-30-2014 , 09-02-2014 , and I explained that they sent wrong radiator to me . They required to have me send pictures of radiator to '' [email protected]" so they could have someone start the exchange process , so I sent them the pictures and my vehicle information four times . I just received an e-mail from them stating that they do not have correct radiator available for my vehicle and they would charge 30 percent restocking stocking fee and $10 re-boxing fee of my subtotal of $ 63. They did tell me that they have over 30 different locations in California but were not able to find me the replacement. I checked my on-line receipt and nowhere does it say that there's a fee for refunds , especially when they are at fault , for falsely leading me to believe they were going to do an exchange or refund my full purchase for their mistake.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund of $ 83.14 for misleading me into them having the correct replacement product if they will not exchange it .

Review: I ordered a radiator which was selected by their website as one that will fit my vehicle. After receiving it, it was a wrong style. Two items at the website are shown as fitting my vehicle. I paid $24.65 to ship this new one back, and after it was received, they would send me the other type. The price was to be over $19.00 difference, I would have to pay. I got in contact with the supervisor and requested I pay no difference, since I paid to ship the other radiator back. I want to be clear, either radiator is shown to fit my car year, make, model, transmission type and engine size. I mentioned I will contact Revdex.com. The supervisor said "I will ship the correct radiator after we bill you the difference". I again stated, I won't pay because I spent almost $25.00 sending the wrong one back. He then said, " I guess you don't want a radiator" and hung up.Desired Settlement: I wish to have an entire refund of $94.01 for the original radiator which is $72.66 plus $4.36 tax and $16.99 shipping, Plus the $24.65 I spent shipping the "wrong" radiator back

Review: To Whom it My Concern,I bought a radiator (MIZ-2279) from the website (http://www.buyaradiator.com/).Because I knew that my car had an engine oil cooler, I was calling at the customer service to doble check wich radiator I should need it. I said that my radiator has a engine oil coleer and all the features, and they gave me the incorrect code number (MIZ-229) to order. I would like to return the radiator, and get a full refund. At the main time the customer service was very unprofesional, arguing with me, and without give any explanation, just stuck it seeing that; "You ordered the wrong radiator". Please reply by email and let me know hot to recive my refund. If do you have any questions or concerns, please, feel fre to contact me on my email address ([redacted]@gmail.com) or by cell [redacted].I attached you two documents, my order with my bill, and a snapshot from the radiator with I bought.Sincerely,Desired Settlement: I would like to return the radiator, and get a full refund. Hello,

Review: Ordered from this company and was informed product would ship within 24 hours. Product had not been shipped in a timely fashion so I canceled my order. They stated I would get a full refund in 2-5 business days via phone AND an email. 6 days later I called back and spoke to another rep and he stated it could take "a few more days" to get my refund back. I contacted them on yesterday as it had been 14 days at this point about my refund. The "manager, [redacted]" hung up on me 3 times, told me I was rude and refused to give me his supervisors name. He also stated that they did credit my account back the full refund and there was nothing more he could do. I have NOT received my refund and the product was never even shipped out to me.Desired Settlement: My desired settlement is to get my refund for a product I never received NOR was it shipped to me.

Review: Bought a radiator from their online website. The radiator they have for my type of vehicle is incorrect. When I tried to resolve this issue with them, they told me I needed to resolve the issue myself with an "adapter." Despite the fact their online website specifically states "NO, all the radiators we sell are designed to be 100% plug and play no modification necessary." I truly question their competency as there is no possible way to add an adapter without completely overhauling the entire left side of the radiator! After they argued that I bought what I saw and therefore accepted their terms and conditions, I sent them photos showing the discrepancy in their product online, and what I received. They then returned a reply they would take the product back for a %30 restocking fee which they later said they "graciously" adjusted for me to %15 as per there terms and conditions. I reviewed their terms and conditions online, called up and spoke to their supposed sales manager "Anthony" and told him there was nothing in there terms and conditions referencing a "restocking fee". Anthony then told me "well it isn't actually on there!" Utterly in disbelief with this company! I can't handle this much stupid!!!Desired Settlement: A complete refund as they falsely advertised the correct product and type of service they offer!

Review: I purchased a radiator from buyaradiator.com and purchased the extended lifetime warranty that they offered on their website. The radiator is defective. I contacted them for warranty service. They directed me to contact the manufacturer, which I did. neither will do anything to honor the warranty. Because buyaradiator.com sold me the extended warranty they are responsible for honoring it or at least making it possible for the manufacturer to find a record of the sale to me so they could honor it. When I contacted them all they told me was that the manufacturer was lying about the sales records.Desired Settlement: I would like either a replacement radiator or refund so that I can purchase a replacement from a different source.
