I would never hire him again The people he hired, working on our property, stole multiple things from our garage (ladders, large garden spade, pitchfork), threw their cigarette butts and fast food trash in our compost bin and elsewhere in the yard, destroyed our hoses (mashed up the threads), etc Plus, [redacted] himself did not answer our calls, didn't show up at appointed times, and generally behaved disrespectfully The final project was way overdue, and we discovered that the permits had expired Don't hire this guy for anything

Good design, but very poor execution. Many details, such as insulation, venting, etc., were either done poorly or neglected entirely. Owner has reportedly alienated most subcontractors in town, and as a result employs sub-standard workers. Owner said to call if we had any problems, but then ignored texts, calls, and emails about such problems. Many promises made, few kept; many things on agreed punch-list were never completed. Spoke with the owner of another house this outfit was working on, and they had a very similar experience. Very dissatisfied, I do not recommend hiring this outfit for anything other than drawing up plans.
