to which the customer agreed. The customer provided us with her income documents and a copy of her driver's license as requested for financing, to which she indicated beforehand that she needed. All contract documents were presented to the customer, upon installation of the roof, which she signed on 7/7/16, with reportedly her son present. A copy of all contract documents were given to customer. A copy of the signed document is attached, along with a copy of her drivers license.   If customer does not wish to pursue financing due to the finance charges, then she can submit us a check for the $8600.
