Good afternoon,I just received notice that this case was closed due to no responseI have called and the above email was sent to me from the distributor of the material, *** *** purchasedI did forward this information to you in hopes of clearing up this matterThe customer ordered tons
of 3/8" rock*** *** was told there was dirt mixed in which is why he received at a discounted rate of $per ton*** *** received the rockHe was not happy with the size also stated that some rock landed in his yardThe rock was then replaced with a larger sized rock and at no additional chargeCustomer then spoke to myself and requested that he be reimbursed $for the tons of rock he felt he didn't receive After he arrived at my business and received $he then demanded another $for alleged damage to his yardThis person became very hostile and was asked to leave the premises*** *** received $worth of materials along with $worth of deliveries for a total of $after he was reimbursed $I did think that the email and phone call was accepted as my responseI have attached a picture that was sent to me from *** ***I would appreciate any help in clearing up this matter, please call me directly with any further questions.Thank you,*** ***Developers Helpers###-###-####

The supported response is invalid and not truthfulThis has nothing to do with my original complaint and the terms to which we agreed uponI have not mentioned anything regarding the material costs or delivery feesThis is merely the upholding between the verbal exchange and correction from Developers Helpers LLC mistakes that *** *** stated he would fixThe pictures provided clearly state that the delivery from this company are inadequate and subparThe was never an email or phone call via the company owner. Good morning, I am writing to notify you that I received a call from Mr. Pipes yesterday concerning the above business complaint I submitted to you. Mr. pipes has apologized for the delay in settling this matter and promised to do so today by taking a reduced settlement to [redacted] which...

was agreed upon by all parties including myself. After that has been done I will have no further issue with Mr. Pipes or Developers Helpers LLC.
