***Thank you for your message of a few weeks ago wherein you advised us that our Revdex.com complaint against C.Roy Homes was resolved via mediation.I am writing to you as our mediation agreement of 1/19/prohibits our contacting the *** and to advise you of the status of two of the mediation settlement points agreed to by the *** and, as of 2/17/2017, apparently not yet satisfied by the them.Agreement point #obligates the *** to remove a testimonial, purportedly written by us, some time ago, which praises their work and is the lead testimonial on their websiteAs we never wrote that testimonial, the *** agreed to remove both renditions of it from their websiteAs of 2/17/2017, that testimonial remains on their website.Agreement point #obligates the *** to get the city of Columbus to perform a final inspection on our project and issue documented proof that the project passed inspectionAs of 2/17/2017, we have heard nothing and see no evidence that the city has been out to our residence to perform that inspectionAs the mediation requires that inspection and related paperwork to be completed by 2/28/2017, we are waiting to see the results as there are only working days left before the deadline.We have satisfied our obligations under the mediation agreement and have provided proof to the *** and to the Revdex.comWe expect the *** to do the sameWe hope that the *** comply with their obligations prior to 2/so that we do not have to return to the Revdex.com and both parties can move on.Again, this message is advisory at this point and please feel free to share it with the ***.*** ***

To whom it may concern,I am very much aware of the homeowner's frustration with their Pergola/Patio project.  I very much understand their timeline concerns, and am willing to get things resolved.  As in every disagreement, there are two sides to every story, and there is always a middle...

ground that can be found.  I'm not an excuse maker, and that is probably why I have never had a complaint on this site in 10 years of business.  That is also why this is my third project with this homeowner.  That said, there were, and are, great delays due to several reasons...Altering the plan after products have been installed due to the homeowner's decision changes.A third party introduction to the homeowner to supply and install the ceiling shades (labeled as an allowance in the specification sheet) is not performing.This third party's chore needs to be completed before the last step is taken to complete the projectA life threatening illness, with the owner of C. Roy Homes, occurred while trying to help with the third party involvement (this is now cleared up) There was great concern with completing this project when it was proposed to me in 2015, but because of their numerous projects with me, I decided to help them out.  There is a great deal of overages with this project, and I'm willing to compromise with the homeowners.  Just know the overages are directly related to additional work done outside of the contract.  I'd be happy to review this with them.  Lastly, I did not receive a letter that was reverenced in the complaint, so I can not comment on that. Happy to help get this resolved, and would have loved to before it got to this point.Any help from the Revdex.com would be appreciated. Regards,[redacted]
