I received this complaint on 3/12/to my desk. I have attached in this email our service history of 2018.Our service technician and Service Manager were on site this morning 3/12/and they reviewed, examined and reprogrammed all vended laundry equipment while on site..All equipment was
installed brand new in the fall of 2017. Our customer Care Team has tried to reach Ms. [redacted] by telephone today but her wireless telephone does not have voicemail set up and we were in able to leave a message. We did review the initial call of 3/31/18 by Ms. [redacted] and we have reviewed the amount charged for laundry and the amount is...

correctly charged. Ms. [redacted] used a credit/debit card to activate the laundry machine, There is a hold greater than the amount charged for the load of laundry by the credit card company but this hold is released and refunded back at the end of the business day. The hold is set up to keep the cost of small transactions to a minimum by the credit card processing company. Once the hold is released it is her own bank that decides how long it takes to process the refund of the hold back to her account.  Should Ms. [redacted] require more information she can reach our Customer Care Team at [redacted]; they are available Monday thru Friday from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm. We consider this matter resolved at this time.

Unfortunately the bottom loader washer in the “B” building is still not wringing The close properly. The clothing are still to wet when they are finish washing. Because of this, it is still necessary to dry the clothes twice. Which means  I have to pay double in order to get my clothes dry. Several other residents have experienced the same problem since the maintenance service men came to fix the machines on March 12. The best thing to do is for this service man To stay long enough for me to wash A load of clothing in order to get a first-hand view of my complaint.
