Pd Sin City Plumbing $1425, to fix leak outside, months later have the same problem They came back out ran a pipe and it is still leaking and told my husband it was an irrigation leakHad someone who specialize in irrigation look at itnot an irrigation leak So months later and $out of pocket still have the same problemWed don't ever want to deal with that come againThey don't do quality work

I recieved a call from Mr*** in late December, early January about a radiator he claimed to be defective. At that time I informed him that the vehicle needed to be inspected by a mechanic to determine the problem. The radiator would have to be inspected by the manufacture to
determine if it is defective and caused other damaged he is claiming.I also told him we would replace the radiator at no charge but but not other damages he is claiming until the manufacure has completed the inspection.At that time he said he would go another way and ended out teliphone conversation.At a later date I recieved a call from Don B*** Sale Manager for Car quest Phoenis stating the he was contacted by Mr *** and he also explained the procedured that needed to be followed to sumit a labor claim.We are mor than willing to work with Mr*** but again, we have procedures to follow for sumitting a labor claim.Mike F* D & L Auto parts
