warranty that cost $1,900.00 which covers her bumper to bumper for two years or for 25,000 miles and its effective immediately from the time of purchase. All what was mentioned above adds up to her total amount provided in the complaint. The car was sent to the shop after the customers complaint. Service was completed and an appointment was scheduled for an issue that required a dealer part. Our customers satisfaction is our goal

Review: Bought a car from carsbuck. Driver seat started to feel loose. I thought it was a loose bolt and that's when I noticed the seat was wielded on two sides where bolts are suppose to be placed.I was never even told about this. I took it to cars buck twice and all they continue to do is re wield it. My car is still under warranty. The last time I took it I was told it will be repaired correctly. Picked up the car & seat is wielded again.I am concerned for my safety because I drive to workDesired Settlement: I would like my driver seat to be repaired correctly

Review: After the car service arrived thirty minutes late due to the [redacted] TWICE giving the driver the incorrect address, I phone the [redacted] from the car to ask a question about changing a large bill. My phone number was recognized (as I called twice when the car did not appear!) he answered rudely, using foul language, curse words, etc. He then slammed the phone down on me and immediately radioed the driver to pull over and make me get out of the car. When I called to - ironically - apologize! I cried and begged that he allow the driver to continue as I was now very late for a family members funeral. He threatened to call the police, continued to use 4-letter words, calling me foul names and demanding I get out of the car. The driver - an innocent person - had no choice but to demand I get out. I was left just three blocks from my home with no way to get to the funeral. I MISSED THE FUNERAL because a young, arrogant, hot-tempered, foul-mouthed jerk [redacted] named "[redacted]" did the unthinkable! I have never heard of a car service company/driver demanding a passenger get out of the car in the middle of no where. This behavior is beyond "unprofessional." It is demented, out of control, inappropriate, inhumane and requires reprimand. Needless to say, I will NEVER call Jaffa Car Service ever again. It is unconscionable how I was treated, especially after literally BEGGING and CRYING that I had to get to a funeral.Desired Settlement: Nothing can make up for missing a funeral! I would like "service vouchers" for complimentary rides in the future of $200.AND The [redacted] should certainly lose his job!

Review: This car dealership listed this car at one price online($6995), but charged me another price ($14200.00) when I came into the dealership. Also once I drove the car off the lot there was many issues so I returned the car back to the dealership complaining about these issues. The dealer assured me that he would fix the issues, well low and behold he had the sensors reset & no issues repaired. I then returned the car again because the car was almost in a car accident, because of one of those issues that I was complaining about. Now I only had the car 2 days before I returned it the first time, then I returned again in 1 day, for it to once again be "REPAIRED". Now I asked the finance company to stop the loan I was returning the car. The Finance company told me that I would be defaulting my contract. The finance company is with the dealership. So I was told that the dealer is the only person that can break the contract without penalty. The dealer ship told me I would lose half of my down payment & still it would ruin my credit! Please helpDesired Settlement: I would like my full Down Payment back & return their car and my credit to not be blemished with this foolishness.

Review: I purchased a used car from this dealership. I gave a $5000 dollar down payment. The payment was not not included in the financing and it is as if the down payment never happened. I have a copy of my canceled checked for the down payment. The dealership also charged me $500 for an insurance broker fee. They stated they worked with a broker that would be able to get a reasonable rate on insurance. I was given a quote of 137.00 a month and paid the deposit. Two weeks later I was told that the information that was given to the insurance company was incorrect, the only correct information they were give was my name and drivers license number. They rerated my insurance and the payments went to $400.00 a month. They also said stated that the finance company required a purchase of a warranty for $1700.00 after purchasing the warranty and trying to use it---nothing seems to be covered I was told by the finance company that this is an untrue statement and a warranty is not required.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the 5000 dollar down payment either refunded or applied to the financing. I would also like a refund of the 500 insurance broker fee.

Review: On Saturday May **, 2014, I purchased a 2000 Jeep Wrangler at Carsbuck. The cars [redacted] assured me that the car was in great condition. My father took it for a test drive and everything seemed well. They had an ad for the Jeep on their website for $5999. When I told them I would be paying cash, they told me that it would be $8000. My father and the [redacted] agreed on the purchase price of $6500 (in addition to a couple other fees, the total purchase was for $6900.)

When the [redacted] was completing the paperwork, he told me he would do me a favor so that I wouldn't have to pay too much sales tax and put down that I purchased the vehicle for $4000. He also gave me Pennsylvania Temporary plates. This didn't seem like a concern to me at the time until I brought the Jeep home. On Sunday May **, 2014 I did not use the vehicle. On Monday May **, 2014 I was driving on the highway and the Jeep would not go. It would not go any faster than 10 mph. I had to call my father to come and help me get back home.

On Tuesday May **, 2014 My father took the Jeep for a ride to see how it would drive. The Jeep totally gave in and I had to have it towed to my house. I spoke to a mechanic and he told me it is possibly the transmission. Today is Wednesday May [redacted], I tried moving it, the Jeep is not functioning. It turns on but does not go. When I give it gas, the RPM goes very high.

I purchased this vehicle believing the [redacted] when he assured me the Jeep was in good condition. I have not been able to drive the Jeep since I bought it and made it safe anywhere.Desired Settlement: If the Carsbuck will pay for the repairs, I will keep the vehicle. If Carsbuck is not willing to pay for the repairs, I would like to return the Jeep and get my full refund of $6900.
