I purchased a Sanicare vacuum cleaner from Valley Vac & Sew on 08/01/I used it once and found it to not work for my needsI returned it to the business on 08/09/I have been back in the store at least three times to pick up my refund for my purchaseI also called at least once, got voice mailI left a message with my name and phone # requesting the refundEach time I was in the store the gentleman, told me his wife had the check book but he would issue me a check and send it in the mailIt is now over five weeks since I returned the vacuum cleaner and I still have not received my money backWith tax, the amount the company owes me is $

Broken Limb is the best We've had them out twice to trim and remove trees and they never fail to impressThey arrive when they say they will, they are friendly and professional, they clean up before they leave and they take just about any kind of payment for their very reasonable charges Highly Recommend!

If I could give zero stars, I wouldThis man is a hack! When I dropped off my Rainbow vacuum back on September 27th he assured me he would be done cleaning it in a weekThree weeks later I called and asked about the status, he said there was one vacuum ahead of mine and he would call when he was doneI then called two weeks later and was very firm that he needed to give me an exact status as to when he would be done and he told me the part he needed would be in that day and he would install it and call meI asked how many days I should wait to hear from him and he said "The part should be in today or tomorrow" and that he would call the same dayWell, one week later still no callMy husband went into the store to talk with him and he said he still hadn't received the part and it should be in that dayMy husband pointed out that he had already had weeks to do what he needed and the owner said he had only had it for a monthHe pulled out the tag with our information and, lo and behold, the date that he took my vacuum was weeks prior! My husband told him to call the minute he got the part and was told that the part needed was a circuit board for the power nozzleSkip ahead a few more days and we still haven't heard from the ownerWe decided to just pick the vacuum up and take it somewhere elseWhen he went in the owner made no apologies, lied even more about the part he needed and that he was just then working on our vacuum (yeah, right!) and that these new Rainbow vacuums are a bit more complicated (it's ten years old!) He hadn't even cleaned it in the seven weeks he had it! My husband being the handyman/electrician he is, went home and opened up the vacuum to find that there is not one circuit board in that vacuum, he put a new belt on the power nozzle and ordered a new filter and it only took him about an hour! Shame on you Valley Vac and Sew, you could have had a loyal customer and you screwed up, I can't believe you're still in business with the lies you feed people
