I have a signed contract between Carter Fence and myself.  It clearly outlines the work that was to be completed.  The contract has not been fulfilled. I have paid in full the price stated on the contract.  If Mr. Carter could provide you with a copy of the signed contract, the issue would be very clear.

Review: We contracted with Carter Fence for our fence to be replaced. The contract clearly outlines and shows visually the work to be completed. The back fence was replaced and a new gate was installed. One fence post was not replaced as written and drawn in the contract. The old fence post remains standing. The new gate does not open and close. We contacted the contractor, Mike C[redacted], who clearly stated: "Do what you have to do but I will not replace the post" He also stated that he would return to fix the gate but he has not done so. He has been paid in full for the work, but has not fulfilled the contractual obligation. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.Desired Settlement: We would like Mr. Carter to fulfill his contract obligation with a new fence post and working gate.

I am rejecting this response because:

Review: Carter fence installed a fence around my back year. Overall the work was good however they were short one post so they did not install it and promised to order and install it the following week. They charged me for the full job even though not complete. I have since called the company and left messages three times and they do not return my call. I have talked to the salesman who sold us the fence and supervised the work three times and he promised to come install and last post and has not completed it. It has been over a month since they finished the job.Desired Settlement: Return my calls and install the missing post to finish the job.
