I am rejecting this response because: As I stated before the business is lying. They attempted to get an additional $+ dollars from me by stating they could do the additional work they requested. Their installer requested the additional work to be done and said it was a wonderful job by my contractor. If you saw the pictures you know that nothing was done to alter the installation of the door wall. I had another local competitor do the work with not problem. These people appear to be con artist and are taking advantage of consumers. As requested before I want my $returned. The company did absolutely nothing, nothing, nothing and have not reason to keep my deposit. I reject this response
