Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have read [redacted] 's response and he does not respond to my complaint that years ago I hired him to replace rotten fascia boards that he patched instead of replaced Now the bondo (patch) hasworn out and I am going to have to repay for someone to replace the boards I thought he had replaced.He never told me that he was no longer doing roof work and if he is not, then why did he list his G RoofingCowith Revdex.comI did not ask him to remove rodents, but to stand behind the work he did for me yearsago Regards, [redacted] ***

Response to Mrs [redacted] complaint, First off she did not hire 3-G Roofing I installed the [redacted] roof system over yrsago the contract I had on the house for the roof system with [redacted] Builder with a yrwarranty and the contract was with [redacted] Waterproofing and roofing a business my ex wife received in a divorce settlement yrs ago ,About 4yrs latter she called me to add wire mesh to all he attic vent to prevent varmint entryWe had no warranty issues throughout the warrantyAbout yrslater the [redacted] contracted me to do some fascia replacement about ftin various areas,I provided pic of all the work performed with a one yrwarranty with no issues.I received a call from MrsHall about varmint problem she was having about months ago I told her that I no longer do roof repairs myself, she told me that she going to hire a varmint removal coand if I could take a look at the house because I was familiar with the house and varmint problem.I went there on a Saturday with MrHall, l looked on the outside of the house the attic and roof I could not find any evidence of entry, I place a varmint control device in the attic areaI was there over hrdid not charge them for anythingOne week later she call me and said the coshe hired said that the varmints are getting in through the lead, she wanted me to look at the leadI told her if the co .providing a warranty I do not need to look at the lead she seem upset, We do not provide varmint control and removal servicePlease contact me if I need to provide any moro info Thanks ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been in contact with USAA Insurance regarding this matterI discussed it with [redacted] employee #*** I mentioned the problems I am having with 3G Roofing and she reviewed the billing and payments madeShe said in her opinion I was being billed for the items mentioned and said that USAA had closed the claimI offered to send a check to USAA for the amount in question and she since the claim had been closed on their end it was between me and the roofing company As far as the company trying to contact me I have no voice mails or other correspondence from them My phone will reject unidentified phone calls Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They did not address the issues of attempted fraud with the billing of nonexistant services or the over charge on the price of the shingle upgrade I have also learned since I filed the original complaint that 3G Roofing did not obtain the required City of San Antonio building permit to replace the roof This leaves me at risk of being fined by the CityI do not know if this is an isolated incident applying only to me, or if they consistantly ignored city code and did not pull permits for other jobs There have been numerous adjustments in the billing and I do not know what is a legitimate charge or what is bogus This so called "O&P" does not have any itemization and was not on the original estimate I do not trust this company to deal fairly and honestly in this matter [redacted]

This is a former employee who was let go and is not paying his billAs previously stated he was not billed for the shed and pool liner and we have tried numerous times to reach him and he will not return anybody's callsBeing that he is holding onto insurance money paid for services we did render it is insurance fraud on his part

I am rejecting this response because:

my ex wife received in a divorce settlement 17 yrs ago ,About 4yrs latter she called me to add wire mesh to all he attic vent to prevent varmint entry. We had no warranty issues throughout the warranty. I am not sure if you are mistaking your updated scope from your insurance company with our invoice because we have not once billed you for the shed or the swimming pool liner that was covered by...

your insurance company during our SECOND inspection with them. They are however listed on your revised scope they sent to you along with the check for the additional damages we pointed out to them on your behalf. We have tried calling you numerous times from both our office and by the owners cell phones to try to resolve your outstanding balance. We would be happy to review your scope as well as our invoice at your convenience.
