It looks like the package was scheduled to be... delivered to us on 4/10 however, as you can see in the tracking, it just stopped on 4/8. There was however a miscommunication on our end and for that, I do very much apologize. I see [redacted] got you refunded earlier today, during live chat. That refund should post back to your original method of payment within 1-3 business hours. [redacted] For your inconvenience, I’d also like to issue you a gift card for our site in the amount of $15. I completely understand your frustration and hope this helps. I will send the shoes back and will see if they do indeed return my money. If not, I will not have the money or the shoes and I am out the $for postage also
