Hi, my name is [redacted] ***, GMat Christopher ChevroletFirst, Iwould like to add that we have been in business since and have received yearly awards from that date for our continued success in customer satisfaction in both sales and serviceIt is my duty to make sure we remain at the top of that class for General Motors.With that said, in regards to case [redacted] here is a list of what we did before the sale:Frontwheel sensor issue, we found harness frayed and replaced.Left caliper needed to be replaced, we fixed and replaced.Front dash had broken clips, we replaced clips and completed repair.Rear pinion axle seal was filled with new fluid.Right upper ball joint replaced new.Install new tiresCleaned Truck and performed NYSI.All of the above was done here at my shop before it made it on the lotThat is a detailed list most dealers do not performLike I mentioned above, we go through each used car and make safe for NYSI and fix what needs to be fixedWe unfortunately can't predict any future occurrences with a pre-owned vehicle.Since that time customer brought in for oil leakingWe replaced the oil filter and replaced oil, and then did a repair under customers extended warranty we offer here! Customer asked for us to balance tires because they feel shakingat mphWe completed the balance of the tiresAlso, we replaced the heater pin connection to fix heater blower motorAs you can this customer was not ignoredI'm starting to be concerned that customer wanted a to be brand new and we can't supply that of course.I did speak to customer about trading it in here for another truck, but I currently do not have on in stock for the price desire of customerI was under assumption customer went elsewhere to purchase?We do not purchase vehicles here with this age, only trade insI hope this helps and hope you find we do the best we can for all customers[redacted] ***

The Ford dealership has found multiple problems related to my complaints. I did understand that I bought a 2007 vehicle and there would be imperfections, but the list is growing and growing. Ideally I would like them to buy the vehicle back but paying for the corrections is feasible.
