In regards to Revdex.com complaint ID [redacted], the customer’s claims are false. The customer’s sales price was NOT $35,000 for the vehicle. She has two contracts because we agreed to amend the first contract to help her during tax time last year when she couldn’t pay her contractual obligation. The...

customer contacted us about accepting a negotiated payoff on 1/25/18. In the timeframe between 1/25/18-1/30/18, the collection department spoke with the customer on six different occasions to discuss a negotiated amount for payoff. The collections manager DID APPROVE a negotiated lesser payoff than what she was contractually obligated to. The customer filed a Revdex.com Complaint on 1/28/18, which was right in the midst of our negations. The customer’s desired settlement according to her Revdex.com Complaint is to negotiate a lesser payoff which has already been approved, and the customer is aware of the approval. [redacted]Collections Manager

In response to complaint ID [redacted], our records indicate that the complainant actually purchased the vehicle on 2/24/17. Customer signed a contract stating she would keep active insurance on her vehicle and would keep payments current. The customer was in default of payments and had no active...

insurance at the time of repossession. According to the customer’s insurance agent, the insurance cancelled on 4/7/17. One of our representatives did speak with the customer on 4/27/17 and let her know that the insurance must be resolved immediately. Again, our representative called the customer on 4/28/17, but her phone rang busy. The customer was repossessed after 21 days of not having active insurance and was two payments behind. Our contract does not state that we are obligated to contact our customer’s before repossession, but we did as a courtesy to the customer. The collections manager agreed to allow customer to get it back, but she must comply with our policies. She has not contacted us since that date. [redacted]Collections Manager

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[I am writing in response to Jim burners response to my complaint they said I was told that my insurance was expired and that they called me when my car was going to be towed that is untrue I did not know my insurance had expired until the day before they took my car back and they did not contact me saying they was going to take my car I would just like for a refund of my money so I can get another car ]
Regards,
