Took my three year old neice on sept 19thWhat a dump for lack of better words It was so nasty I had to take pics A couch that looked like it was from a dump Extremely dirty stained as if it was soiled Needs to be thrown in the trash kids chairs for and under drawing table was just as dirty unbelievable also took picture Very nasty place especially for children There was no supervision at any of the only four bounce houses they had Floors were nasty Temp was too hot Staff is rude Unprofessional Concession stand well let's just say who would buy or eat anything from this place Yet again dirty and nasty Was given a wrist band for my niece my guess and myself for what reason No supervision at either door mall entrance or outside entrance My three year old niece walked out before me as a test to see what they would do SurprisingNo! Just as I thought guy leaning on the wall sitting on the stool never knew we left I have no intentions of ever going back It a health hazard for children as well as a easy place for a predator to be in There were people in the place who never even paid just walked in and started playing Kids jumping and climbing on parts of the bounce house that were very dangerous and obviously wasn't allowed But again to supervision Hope circus okay house had food insurance they will need it if they keep this up This place needs to be visited by the health department Kickers gave no locks and look like they were also gotten from a dump Bathrooms really? Dirty no t-paper or paper towelsNot one drop of sanitizer on the place Can't comment of laser tag didn't even bother to try It was a lesson learned and well learned I hope Boone gets hurt it catches something from being in this place They need to shut it down That's all I would good for out of this experience

Review: My complaint Is that on August 1 I had my baby 2nd birthday party at Circus Playhouse Ms. [redacted] a (Volunteer) was very ruled towards us because the things that she was telling us wasn't the same that the real workers told us a week prior when we went to pay the deposit. As we trying to explain to her what the other workers told us she simply wasn't trying to let us tell her what was told to us. So we ask for someone else to talk to because she was being ruled. She said what we need to talk to someone else for when she's standing right there. It was my baby birthday party so I was trying to keep my composure. I signed the waiver agreement. So as we went to setting up my son decoration the rest of the party shows up along with my son father and his father. Before my son father can get to the register she approached my son grandpa and said to him sir you need to come and pay for this party in a ruled tone. For one that's not how she was supposed to approach someone. She didn't speak and she didn't give my son father a chance to say he was paying for the party. Then my son grandma came in with her 15 year old son and she TOLD her that she need to pay for him my son grandma told her he's not here to play he's here for the party. Mind you that the price for the party wasn't with the price for people to play it was separate so she didn't have to pay for him and ms Antoinette argued with her about that for at least 5 minutes. Then my Niece and her mother came in ms Antoinette argued with her about how old her baby is. The week before the party we asked the work what is the age range for a child that you have to pay for and they told us 18 months and up you pay for but below that age you don't have to pay for and my niece is 13 months and ms antwannett gone to tell us that she don't look no 13 months and we need to show her proof of her age if not she can't play. She just was ruled to us the whole time we was there. It was hot they use floor fansDesired Settlement: The owner came we tried to talk to him about the situation and he really didn't want to hear nothing he just gave us some free admission cards to come back and he left. They didn't have no air in there the temperature was 83 in there and they had their air set on 71 and it was 100 degrees outside that day. They were selling food with no napkins. Floors were dirty the toddle Area was dirty. They running floor fans and blowers to cool rooms. Some of my party guess got sick from the heat in there and had to leave. The water Fountain water was hot. They didn't have any toilet tissue in the women's bathroom. My party wasn't the only party that was complaining about them. I have pictures and videos for proof. And the fan that we had ms antwannett told the other party people to come and take it out of our room. I also have the other party people information that they gave me to be a witness

Review: The facility is nice but the customer service is HORRIBLE! I had my son's birthday party there and the old lady at front desk made my friend sign in her 7 month old son for the party which meant we had to pay for him. At $26 per kid I was not willing to pay for a baby who would not be playing. She rushed us to pay and I didn't realize I paid for the baby. When I did I asked her for a refund she told me there were no refunds and she snatched the sign up sheet out of my hand and tried to rip it up. I asked her for the manager and of course she said she was the manager. I asked her for whoever was her manager's phone number and told me he can't be reached on the weekend and they don't give his number. I called them that following Monday to see if I could speak with a different manager and after calling a few times I finally got in touch with one. I told him about what happened and he did apologize and said he would speak to the owner to get a resolution to the problem. Needless to say I never heard back from them.

Also I would like to note that the food that was provided for the party was of very poor quality and for $26 per kid I expected better.Desired Settlement: I do not expect a full refund for the party but at the very least I want a refund for the baby I paid for that did not play or eat at the party. I also would like an apology because we spent our hard earned money at this business and we did not deserve to be treated in this manner.

Review: Two of the lasertag machine was not working we ask for our refund back the [redacted] was nasty a rude n told us we couldnt get it so we ask to see where it say on the contract no refund she refuse to show us there wasn't n sign on door or anywhere saying no refund we ask nicely for our money bk she was getting real disrespectful rude nasty wit us at my child bday party so she call the security on us for n reason at all we jus want our $12 bk it was not that serious to call the police on us wen they gt there she still refused to give us the money bk n refused to show us a sign stated that it not in the contract or on the door entrance an she told me I had to end my son party after I paid $260 an took my son cake back that was in his party package he was upset the family was embarrassed by the whole thing smh we was suppose to stayed till 6pm but after all that goin on we left bfor 5 my son has autism he love to play wit kids but wen that happen he was upset mad n ready to go he didn't wanna open his gift this happen on 3/8/15 between 3:45pm I will never go bk there again don't knw the [redacted] name but she was a Africa lady she was disable an short wit glasses very disrespectful rude n nasty an it suppose to b a kids place for them to enjoy there self but was was wrong we jus wanted the money bk cause the lasertag was not working at allDesired Settlement: We had jus want the $$$$ back that all an someone need to teach her how to talk to people n a kind way not rude n disrespectful round kids

Review: Advertising in several places says they open at ten. Did not open until 10:30 and then manager incredibly rude when asked why. I asked for the info for the owner and manager told me he was "not allowed" to know who owned the place. At one point, he started yelling at me and threatened to call security because I was asking questions. I told him he should do that. Later, he left the site completely to talk on the phone outside, leaving the site unattended as he was the only one working.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by the mysterious owner and for them to open at their advertised time or change the advertising.
