My father passed away this past weekend so I needed to apply for an Emergency VisaI traveled to the CKGS Application Centre in Chicago after filling out the required forms with proper documentation and the staff was friendly, and willing to help me as I waited to submit my informationMs [redacted] informed me that it might not be processed right away but she said she would mark it as UrgentShe said she would call and inform me about the status and she delivered on her promiseI was devastated but she helped me and I am so thankful because I was able to board my flight next day and Ms [redacted] also helped me as wellReally great people who care about a tragic moment in my life and I am extremely gratefulThank you so much

Very rude peopleWorkers do not live Amefican culture and do not understand to respect customersSeem to be u trained people brought from overseas and facing customers thinking that this is a Vodafone call center
