Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The only reason she made the flight was because the flight was delayed! She otherwise would have missed itAs the professionals they are supposed to know what traffic will be, ie rush hour, and we counted on their expertise when THEY told us what shuttle to takeWe did NOT know the flight was delayed until AFTER she arrived to airport with minutes to spareAs the professionals THEY should know what when the first pick up does not arrive on time they should leave without themHad they done that and left at the scheduled time this would NOT have been an issueIt wasn't traffic stress that caused this problem, it was their inability to what they were contracted to do! We have spoken to Mrs [redacted] We Informed her that we cannot be responsible for traffic or long lines at the airport We offered her a certificate for a fee one way ride Because her daughter made her scheduled flight, we cannot issue her a refundIts not the issue of refunding her moneyIf we do this for her, everyone would want a refund based simply because they were stressed Again, we offer Mrs [redacted] a one Way voucher Warm Regards, [redacted] Managing Partner

I am rejecting this response because:
The only reason she made the flight was because the flight was delayed! She otherwise would have missed it. As the professionals they are supposed to know what normal traffic will be, ie rush hour, and we counted on their expertise when THEY told us what shuttle to take. We did NOT know the flight was delayed until AFTER she arrived to airport with 10 minutes to spare. As the professionals THEY should know what when the first pick up does not arrive on time they should leave without them. Had they done that and left at the scheduled time this would NOT have been an issue. It wasn't traffic stress that caused this problem, it was their inability to what they were contracted to do! Drop a passenger off on time for a flight.

the issue of refunding her money. If we do this for her, everyone would want a refund based simply because they were stressed.
