I wouldn't go here because they don't honor their warranties I paid over $dollars for a used motor that had a years warranty on it Initially everything went fine and I was quite impressed Motor ran fine for about months I took it back in because the engine developed an odd noise They eventually called me back and said that they didn't think the noise was related to the engine The noise was coming directly out of the engine they gave me some BS line that it may be this or it may be that, but were never able to tell me exactly what was wrong with the vehicle but they were sure it was not the motor So basically they refused to fix it I thought it was extremely lame on their part and I will not be returning to Kelly Clark Automotive anytime soon

On July I had my Nissan Maxima servicedI was told the water pump needed to be replaced amethyst would resolve the overheating problemAfter paying $for the work, I noticed I was charged for a new thermostat also, which they never replacedI was credited back the amount for the thermostat, but upon driving the car home, it started to run hot again! I called the service mngr back, and subsequently took the car back,the following day, only to be told that but was test driven and had no problems?
I reluctantly picked my car up, only to,discover it did the very same thingI initially contacted American Express and disputed the charge, requesting the the billed amount be reduced by half, since the car was never repaired correctly
I was unsuccessful, as the business refused to,comply and accept any responsibility In order yo have use of my car, uninstalled a new radiator, which solved the problem
The service mngr told me the old radiator acupressu

I took a car here years ago to check the air, they did a good job so I went backI went back recently with my Car to check the air, they quoted me over $2000, I took it elsewhere and it cost me $Our other vehicle was left there overnight and the next day I got a call saying they moved it into the garage and NOW it wouldn't start!? it was there for an air checkI had NO prior starting issue
They said to get it started they would need to fix the ignition for over $!!!
I called a locksmith who was a few doors away from them & Triple A to tow it thereAs soon as Triple A got there they called me saying: "We have the locksmith here YOU CALLED saying there is nothing he can do for your car, you need a whole new ignition from Honda"!!
I was like...HOW did he know where my car was, I PURPOSELY DID NOT tell him because they probably used his servicesI had the Triple A driver TOW my car to my homeThis is a car that had NO problems starting or not staring when I dropped it off the night beforeThe next day a locksmith came to my home and charged me $to rebuild the ignition and two new keys
So if I (being a woman) would have had them do what they said and trusted them I would have OVERPAID A total of $!!!
The shop and the locksmith ( ACME ) dealer are in cahoots together to rob people blind, breaking things that should not have broke and just shady price gougingI think the owner who was there That I mentioned at the beginning now works at the other Kelly ClarkThe owner now is Jesse Garcia and I spoke mostly to Dillan
I wish I could give no starsI NEVER do reviews and lost no $$ to them but the injustice and stress I suffered over this whole situation needed to be said

Cambridge world refuses to remove me from their e-mail listings, I have contacted them many times requesting them to stop e-mailing meit's been over years since I last did business with them, and no longer wish any contact with themthey do not have a unsubscribe link in any of their e-mailsi have attempted to contact them by direct reply, and also their sales contact addressnothing seems to work

These guys are the BEST! Very courteous and I have never had a bad experience with this shopI highly recommend them
