Customer misunderstood that we do not know how to do carpet workShe must have sent complaint before I sent our final invoice because I issued a credit for this minor repair like I told her I would do

I would definitely not recommend Classic ExteriorsWaited for moonly to have them no show on our appointment without the courtesy of a callWhen I called, I was told they are busy - no apology and with a bit of attitudeI have since gone to Jaren Exteriors and had the work done for half the price within a week

Classic Exteriors completed our new home exterior finishing, the office staff and installation crew were fantastic and extremely helpful, prompt and paid attention to every detail. After installation they checked in with us to see if things were still okay. We have used them many more times with finishing our out buildings. Highly recommend this company, for all your exterior finishing needs.

Poor communication, installer, managers and owner do not know city building code. Replaced 2x4 with 1x4. When questioned they said they believed it was code. It was up to me to prove to them it wasn't. Customer also needs to be expert on Classic's product line - they don't ask you about options they just order any windows - even though we asked for best quality and thickest window we got mid grade. When new patio door wouldn't close/lock properly we were told that's just the way it works & I had to chase them to look at. In the end we were right & it was sorted but the time and effort it took was crazy. Window installation was poor & sloppy.
