On Jan 16 2017 a women brought in gray men's 2pc suit and a shirt to be cleaned.  As I was about the clean the suit later on the day I notice some stains on the back of the pants.  When I cleaned the pants I wasn't able to remove the stain in which I cleaned it twice.  There was no...

issue with the jacket.   On Jan 18 2017 the women came back with another 2pc suit and a shirt for her son.  In which I showed her the gray pants and asked her if she knew anything about the stain.  She said she didn't know anything about it and I asked if it was stored somewhere for a while.  She said it was hanging the in the closet for awhile.  I asked that question trying too figure out what the stain could be.  At that time her husband was with her so we asked if he anything about it he didn't knew anything about it either and it was just hanging in the closet. I told her I didn't think the stain was removable but I told her ill try one more time.  After 2 hours later she came back with another 2pc suit be cleaned in which there was no issue. So after cleaning all 3 suits and 2 shirt she came back to picked them up on Jan 20 2017. and told her the total was $36. She said why I'm paying for the first suit the gray suit.  I told her we cleaned everything and pressed it. So she paid and left.  There was no issue at that time until now in this letter.  In which she claimed that I told her that I wrecked the suit which is completely false. I never made that statement.  If she think I ruined her husband suit why didn't she take back her sons suit that day and why she came back again with another suit for her husband.  I don't know what she wanted I did the best possible way trying to get the stain out and I couldn't.  If she thinks that if we can't remove the stain that she shouldn't be charged then I would be out of business. People bring in clothes that some do tell that there is stains, some don't, and some people don't even know they had stains.  So I try my best to clean it.  If some reason its my fault Ill gladly work with the customer to resolve the situation. But in this case I never did anything wrong.I attached the items she brought in. If she going through all this trouble to collect $12 I would've gladly give the money back But don't understand why she had to lie about me wrecking her husband's suit which is a total lie. and for that reason I can't reason with her
