The Pre-delivery service was completed and inspected before the unit was delivered on-site, as for walk through we sent a tech out to do it at her location when we finished minor repairs as requested by customer. As for coming out and doing repairs the manufacturer does not cover these service...
calls, we attempt to take care of all issues that we can and provided one free service call. We provided the phone number on a mobile RV service we recommend that will do the repairs under warranty at no charge to the customer except the service call. The customer is covered by the [redacted] that will reimburse some of the expenses on a service call. The light runs only off a wireless remote on that model, slide out leaking we feel is a condensation issue. I have agreed to cover one additional service call from the mobile tech to inspect and repair what is needed. The mobile tech has been in contact with customer to schedule a time to look at the RV. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
There was never a PDI. If there was, surely they would not have missed a leaking kitchen sink, hot water tank not turned on, and no water to the washer. Shame on them for either lying or incompetence. That said, this issue has been resolved through [redacted] corp. [redacted]
We have made changes to our processes and replaced the staff responsible for this area of our business
