On 02/02/we received a Revdex.com complaint from customer [redacted] ***, he was upset his vehicle was not repaired as promised when he purchased the vehicleHe has since been in to the Dodge store with his vehicle numerous times for repairs, at which time our General Sales Manager Allen [redacted] decided it would in his best interest and ours if he purchased the vehicle back from the customer and gave him his money backThis was the desired settlement that the customer asked for in his Revdex.com complaintTherefore at this time we feel the customer should be satisfied with the resolution of this complaintThank you, Janessa ***

On 5/2/we received a Revdex.com complaint from [redacted] about her sales experience at Carbone Dodge Chrysler Jeep RamOur Senior VP of Variable Operations Billy [redacted] made arrangements to meet Ms [redacted] at the dealership to address her concernsOn 6/8/(RO# 468417) the following work was done brakes serviced, floor mats installed and cleaning of the interior of the vehicleAt this time we understand that Ms [redacted] is satisfied with the work provided and the resolution of this issueThank you, Janessa [redacted] ***

On 6/15/17, we received a complaint from the Revdex.com from [redacted] stating the following, I am writing this because I purchased a [redacted] from Carbone Jeep in Yorkville, NY, in October I have had nothing but problems with itI have called the manager Allen H [redacted] three (3) times in the last week and have not gotten a call backI will explain the issues I have had thus far with this jeepThe first week of the purchase, I noticed: •chips in the windshield, •the foot rest next to the brake pedal was broken – it would fall off and get stuck under the brake, •the hood rattled like it was loose or not shut rightI took it back to the dealership for the repairs ? The foot rest is still broken ? The chips in the windshield are now spidering (one of them is right in the line of vision)Last month, I had to take it to my mechanic, as it was making some horrible noisesTo make my vehicle safe, my mechanic had to: •Replace a belt •Replace a pump •Replace a pulley •Replace the rear struts •Replace the brakes •Complete a power steering flush I have only had this vehicle months, and would not have expected to need to put this type of money into it alreadyNow •I have a loud grinding/crunching noise in the rear every time I drive, load or unload items from the back end (such as groceries or removing my purse from the back)•The transmission is not working properly – the RPMs are all over the place as I driveI took the Jeep to the Chrysler dealership near me to review these latest issues, and they charged me $to diagnose plus they estimated $to complete the following issuesAs a side note, While I was at the Chrysler dealership I found out if you look up the VIN for the Jeep I have purchased, it still indicates that it is with the previous ownerI have my plates registered to this VIN, so that is a bit concerningThe dealership’s report included: •The transmission needed an update (still seems off) •The rear sway bar was rusted •I needed to replace the control arms in the back I was able to get out of the Jeep and into a Chevy Equinoxthis vehicle I purchases on Mayi have has it for days and Carbone has had it for days, trying to fix itthe front end has squealing and clunking noises and Carbone told me that was normalthe problems with this car are adding up Allen H [redacted] , GM for Carbone Dodge sent me the following resolution.” Can we please reply to the complaint letting the Revdex.com know that the customer was not happy with her compass and we traded her out of that compass and into a Chevrolet EquinoxWe did not tell her the problems were we actually drove to the customer and picked her vehicle up from her home which is hours from the dealership and left her a loaner vehicle while the car was being fixed While the vehicle was here we replaced a window regulator to address her concern about the window making noise and we also replaced a wheel bearing for herThe customer was not charged for any of these repairsWe then drove the vehicle back out to the customer and dropped the vehicle off to her at her homeWe had her test drive the vehicle and verify her concerns were addressedAs for not speaking with me on the issue I am the one who talked to her and set up the piand return of the vehicle and did so by speaking with the customer on the phoneThe customer now has new complaints that she spoke to the service department about this morning and they have scheduled her a Saturday appointment with the gm store and secured a vehicle for her at that time as wellShe has never been told we will not fix her vehicle and has never been left without a vehicle if there is an issueWe feel at this time that the customer is satisfied Debra [redacted] Executive Administrative Assistant Carbone Auto Group [redacted] ***

On 6/29/we received a Revdex.com complaint from Stacey Fish that she had purchased a car for a graduation gift for her sonThe car had been in twice for repairs to the clutch and was towed to a different Subaru dealership because it was not drivable in its current stateThe customer was contacted by our VP of Service Kevin H [redacted] and Carbone has paid the other Subaru dealership for the repairs to the vehicleKevin has also contacted Subaru and got her an extended year 100,mile warranty at no cost to the customerIt is our understanding that at this time the customer is satisfied with this resolution.Thank you, Janessa P***

We received an original email from the Revdex.com with a complaint form Mr [redacted] a response was sent back from Mr [redacted] as follows; I spoke with Kevin [redacted] , the GM at Carbone Subaru probably about weeks after the initial complaintHe stated he would attempt to get me out of my current vehicle and into a new vehicleA few days later, he proceeded to contact me stating he wouldn’t be able to get me out of my lease because there were too many payments remainingHe stated that if I should need a rental due to services with the car, he would get a vehicle from Enterprise Rental due to the age restriction on renting vehicles placed by SubaruSince I have no idea way to guarantee this to be the ***, I had another issue with the vehicle recently where the center dashboard infotainment system was black and would not respond to touchI’m still very upset with the fact that I’m paying over $for a vehicle that is constantly having issuesAll I want is to get out of this lease and move on with a new vehicle and at this point a new automotive groupWe still have not heard back from Carbone’s Corporate Office after making more than attempts to get in contact with themI don’t think that’s a fair way to treat customers that have purchased more than vehicles from their dealerships within the last yearsIn speaking the GM at Subaru Troy, he has stated the following to this writerIt has been explained to Mr [redacted] by the GM that he owes a great deal of money on his current lease, and unfortunately due to that the GM was unable to get Mr [redacted] into a different vehicle at this timeThe Subaru GM has reached out to Mr [redacted] multiple time since receiving the second response from the Revdex.com but has not heard back from him at this time The GM is would like to convey, that as always, he is willing to help Mr [redacted] with any issues that he continue to have with this vehicle Debra [redacted] Administrative Assistant

We received a Revdex.com complaint on 6/10/involving [redacted] She was contacted by our Vice President of Used Cars and they coordinated an appointment that was convenient for her to bring the vehicle in and get all of her concerns addressedWe completed the numerous repairs on 6/24/ ( [redacted] ***) and covered all the costsShe received a loaner car and picked her car up the same day hours after she brought it inIt is to our understanding now that she is satisfied with this resolution and we would like to close out her complaintThank you, Janessa P***

This response was in fact sent to the Revdex.com on November 7thIn addition, Ms [redacted] came to the corporate office last weekA copy of the check and bill that were sent to Heritz were given to her along with a copy of the letter that I sent to the Revdex.comShe was in general unhappy with the overall situation, she also planned on going to Heirtz to make sure that her account was brought up to date and that this would not go on her credit report

Car has been fixed at our cost, consumer has vehicle

I emailed comparative pictures and videos with detailed description to [redacted] Please, let me know if you received my three emails and whether you were able to see the videos.In the first video (2017-12-29-13-41-14), at 1:pm, the service man is approaching my car from the left side, from the driver's side, to chethe carNo damage on my car was noticed.In the second video (2017-12-29-13-44-33), at 1:pm, the service man drives my car through the service garage out into the parking lot where it is parked for about minutes in the middle of the roadA white Honda Fit is noticed at 1:44:with a man getting into the white Honda Fit ready to back outMy Honda stops and is parkedAround 1:45:14/15, the camera detects the shake.In the third video (2017-12-29-14-21-58), at 2:pm, the service man drives my car around the parking lot into the garage to be serviceThe car was parked outside on the road for minutesThe allegations that they didn't park the car on the road are simply untrue!!! The video proves it.In the fourth video (2017-12-29-14-24-07), at 2:pm, the video detects the service man in a hat who drove my carNo damage on my car was noticed.During the entire time while my car was there, I didn't receive any phone call from them informing me that my car is badly damagedWhen I notified them of the damage when I came to pick up my car, they were very rude and unprofessionalI asked them to provide me with their camera surveillance footage to which they refusedThe only proof they have are few pictures of my damaged car that they took on their cell phone after I notified them that my car is damagedI gave them my car in a good faith that they will do the alignment on my car and instead, I came to pick up a badly damaged carCarbone is refusing to accept the responsibility for the damage.Please, let me know if you were able to view the video files I attached through Google Drive.Thank you very much,Sincerely, [redacted]

Customer purchased Dodge Ram on March 2nd, Included in the deal was an electronic rust inhibitor, the rust inhibitor was ordered by our parts departmentThe customer’s issue was how long the part took to come in, as soon as the part arrived our service department installed it and the customer is now satisfiedThank you, Allen [redacted] General Sales Manager Carbone Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep [redacted]

The complaint was forwarded to the Honda Service and his response is as follows;” There is no way it happened hereThe damage has road grime over the top of itI have photosIt was old damageI talked to the officer that did the police report and he agreed that it had been there long before their visit hereAlso, where it was parked, the damaged area is next to a bunch of landscaping with a curb around it, so it was impossible for the damage to happen here.” Our service manager does not feel the responsibility is with Carbone Honda, and no further action is necessary at this timeDebra [redacted] Administrative Assistant Carbone Auto Group

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.On Saturday June 17th I had to take the vehicle back to Carbone because they never fixed the noise coming from the front in the wheel areaI got to the dealership where I had a service tech get in my car and I was supposed to drive him and tell him the noise I was hearingWe got into the car I reversed out of the parking spot I was in then I drove the length of two parking spots and he could hear the noise loud and clear we never even had to go on to the roadThe tech told me the sway barat this point it is now the 20th and I am still in the loaner carI have told them about the noises I was hearing a few times and it was never fixedI am really frustrated that I am stuck with Carbone because I am negative from owning the jeep for months I now owe $20,on a $12,vehicleRegards, [redacted] ***
