On January we received a call from the Pismo Beach Police Dept to respond to
Southbound Hwy @ Oak park exit in Pismo BeachUpon arrival the officer asked our driver to impound Chrysler lic #5G***under CVC and on a day holdOur driver did as instructed by the police officer on scene and towed the car to our facility here at Atlantic City AveGrover Beach CA, MrBaker has contacted us numerous times in numerous different manors and we have told him each and every time that in order to retrieve his vehicle he needs to obtain a release from the Pismo Beach Police dept and pay the towing and storage feesThis is still the case however the car is now Scheduled to be sold at lien sale pursuant to ca civil code 3071, and cvcon April because Mr*** has not picked up his vehicleCollege Towing, Inc###-###-####

Review: On jan.10 around 2:OOPM my privite property a 2000 chrysler 300m was towed by an employed tow truck driver of College Towing College Towing Inc. or College Towing South im not sure witch one to name as them cause I could be wrong and what would happen then,I loose my car. The tow company in question towed my car with out my consent. They were trespassing and no right to jack my ride.They have put me in a great deal of hardship and would like this matter resolved quickley. They told me that I would not owe any money when I could pick up my car.I dont know what made them change there mind. What ever the reason I still want my car returned to me.Desired Settlement: Return car to [redacted] Rd. Arroyo Grande CA.DROP CAR ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY.

Upon arrival the officer asked our driver to impound 2000 Chrysler 300 lic #5G[redacted]8 under CVC 22651 and 14602.6 on a 30 day hold. Our driver did as instructed by the police officer on scene and towed the car to our facility here at 94 Atlantic City Ave. Grover Beach CA, Mr. Baker has contacted us numerous times in numerous different manors and we have told him each and every time that in order to retrieve his vehicle he needs to obtain a release from the Pismo Beach Police dept and pay the towing and storage fees.
