Comedy Safe Driver

I have taken a few of these defensive driving courses and this one was the best one I took, but there are a lot of them. It let me download the cert at the end and the course went automatically from page to page, so I just left it running. The content had it's ups and downs, but there was some funny and interesting videos. The 3D material was fine on the site, but they were really cool for checking out other images on the web.

Hello, Mr*** wasn't able to get the course to work on his computer when he called me He said he was on the phone with Christian (help center operator) and was hung up on The internet connection was having trouble and he was disconnected Christian was having issues with
the phone just before that and he is not one to loose his temper I guess Mr. *** had immediately made a complaint after being disconnected from Christian because I helped Mr*** the best I could and refunded his money while we were on the phone (attached refund receipt date of complaint) I told Mr. *** of a couple ways to get his system so that it may play the audio for the course etc., but he wasn't in the mood for dealing with computer issues I suggested a couple other courses that didn't require audio or video that would work on his system and he seemed happy enough when he got off the phone Mr*** was understandably upset as computer/internet issues are frustrating and dealing with a ticket, paperwork etcthe state requires is annoying That on top of having to pay for a ticket you may not feel was deserved makes for a bad day I hope he was able to get another course to work and get his ticket taken care of Thanks, Steven
