Comfort Measure

we recently moved to addison IL and the house we are renting, the air was not properly working. So our landlord called this Company and the man,John, first came out, didn't do any work ,but charged $600. Second time he came out and claimed that the compressor was no good. Well my husband told her to get a second opinion and thank goodness she did. First off it needed freon and he did not add any at all. The next guy,from *** said that the wires were switched and was weird because if the first company had checked the freon he would have seen the wires. But the compressor was still good and now because of the second company our air is running great. I just think it was wrong to do that to someone and no work was done, and claiming a part was bad when really it wasn't. Now the unit is running fine thanks to

We had the most excellent experience with John from Comfort Measure. Needed to have a furnace inspected prior to a closing and time was of the essence. We were given a 1 hour window for the tech to arrive. John arrived at the same time that we did. He said he heard the anxiety in my voice on the phone and knew this was important to us. He proceeded to inspect the furnace, explain everything that he checked out, tell us the age of the furnace and its life expectancy and advise us about the care and maintenance that would help the furnace to run efficiently and extend its life. Best news of all was that the furnace was fine! John was very knowledgeable, thorough, did not rush through the visit and patiently answered all of our questions. He was also a very nice person. We are very pleased with the service we got from Comfort Measure. We are happy in knowing that future maintenance and issues that pop up regarding our HVAC will be competently handled by Comfort Measure.

Comfort Measure responded very quickly to my need to replace my HVAC units. John was very polite and helpful in explaining the proper size and options to select for my house. The workers came and did a great job. They were very neat, courteous and helpful in explaining where they were in the process during the day.

Brian and his co-worker (Frans) did some work at my place last week (replacing old pipes throughout the house and a few other odd jobs). They were not only professional and proficient in their work, they were also kind and friendly. As far as I'm concerned, they deserve a stamp of excellence. I would certainly call them back for any plumbing work that needed to be done around my place.

First blast of winter and our furnace was not working - house temp 13!! *** Plumbing kept us informed of their progress in getting to us and provided friendly, competent service getting our problem solved and the heat back on.

On Sat Oct 28 at approx 8:30 PM we noticed a leak in the ceiling of our lower level. We contacted a couple of plumbing firms that were not available at that time. We then called *** and Bernie *** was dispatched to our location in Elbow Valley. He arrived shortly after 10 PM and after checking our dishwasher and cutting a couple of holes in the ceiling quickly diagnosed the source of the leak. With his well stocked van he was able to fabricate some new pipe fittings and replace the damaged ones. Shortly after midnight he was finished and on his way. It was an impressive display of knowledge and competency on Bernie’s part. Bernie was extremely pleasant and polite during his entire visit. I would have no hesitation in recommending *** and in particular, Bernie, to any of my friends in need of help regarding plumbing.

Bernie came to our house to provide a quote for a new hot water heater. He took the time to explain our options, answer questions and provided honest feedback on his recommendation for our home. He then was able to install the same afternoon and also take a look at our gas fire pit outside. The work was done quickly and everything was cleaned up when complete. He also came back to install new piping for our fire pit (he would have done this same day but we wanted to research our options). The level of professionalism was beyond compare and we are extremely happy with the work done and would recommend *** to anyone.

Plumbing - This company is amazing. They are polite, quick, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. They can fix any problem; small or large.

I asked for a quote on replacing poly b pipes. The appointment was rescheduled twice. When someone did come, he was very thorough and took time to explain clearly what they would do if given the go ahead.

I have come to trust *** Plumbing for its excellent customer service and for a job well done. Once again I had the privilege of having Bernie come to my plumbing aid. He was right on time and was totally pleasant. Furthermore, he knew his stuff with the tasks at hand and did a fine job. I highly recommend *** Plumbing and Bernie!!

We've been doing business with *** for the last several years and have always been impressed by their professionalism and their attention to detail. Robin is always pleasant to talk to and kept us up to date on when we could expect the techs and if anything was going to change regarding the appointment. And Bernie is great. He's fixed a few problems for us and provided solid advice on things that we can change to make things better. All in all, we're really pleased with e.

plumbing's Derek provided top notch service for a Fall check up on our furnace and hot water tank. He was very sociable but at the same time also professional in his work.
