Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: every time they respond it's another lie, I did not receive $for any extrasThey say it's not the act that is the worse, it's the cover upWhy can't these people be truthful? They car was taken back to the shop times because it was not repaired correctlyThat's what I am disputing, until we all know that the repair has been completed I will not make paymentThe loan agreement is for a car repair not a POSSIBLE car repair in the futureTell the truth CFS, the due date should be weeks after the repair is completed not driven into the shop Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello, This customer financed their repairs through CFSThe repairs that were financed were completed on the vehiclethe customer wanted additional repairs but didn't want to finance themThe Service center is working with the customer to try and assist her with the repairsThe customer signed a loan agreement with CFS and the repair order form the service centerThis loan will not be voided and the customer is responsible for paying off this loan If you have any questionsPlease dont hesitate to ask thank you, [redacted] Customer Support Manager [redacted]

Hello, CFS spoke with the customer regarding his loan was usThe customer signed loan documents with CFSThe customer signed the Repair Order with the Service Center authorizing and agreeing to the repairsNow, it looks like a separate issue has surfaced regarding the carThe customer is claiming he is not paying our loan until the new issue is fixedCFS contacted the SC and informed them that the customer is claiming there is a new issueSC informed us that they went to his house (out of customer courtesy, not the process) to pick up the vehicle and bring it back to the shop for repairsToday we are waiting to hear back from the SCHowever, this is a new repair/issue with the vehiclePlease let me know if you have any questions or concerns, or if I can help with anything else Respectfully, [redacted]

Hello, This customers information was reported correctly to all three credit bureaus [redacted] filled a dispute because she was checking her credit karma and didn't see the balance change after her paymentShe called in to demand that we upload her loan to the credit bureaus during the month We explained to her our companies policy around when the credit bureau will be updated ( which is once a month) This dispute was resolved within days after the last payment was madeWe have reported to all the credit bureaus the payoff and have called her to double check to make sure that everything is accurate Please feel free to give me a call with any questions [redacted] Customer Support Manager###-###-####
