have been notification by Mr.*** of the cost of repair, as we deserved a say in the repair cost. The facts are not in dispute, Mr*** did mention at the payment window his concern about pressure washersAs we wash hundreds of RV's a year and pre-delivery pressure washes on most new RV's going to all the dealers in the area including Aloha RV, which is where the apparent repair was madeNever have we had an incident in this manor, so I had no reason to think it would have any problem with graphics on the front of trailer. My pressure pumps are considerately lower on pressure than the industry standard at lbswhich in my years of experience should be safe for any vehicleWe rely on mostly hand washing our trucks, RV's not extreme high pressure. The front decals of the RV did indeed start to blow off when first using the pressure wash ( pressure washing is a must if your to get most bug residue offRemainder is done by hand washing, soap, water ect)Is this the fault of the Truck wash or not proper sticker adhesives, conditions may not have been ideal at time of application of stickers? This is not something we would be able to determine at time of starting the wast is assumed by Mr*** that we are at fault not the company that put the stickers on. I would like to apologize to Mr*** as I'm sure it took time for this repairI can tell from the brief conversation I had with him he is a man who likes to take care of his things. I am rejecting this response because: I have yet to be contacted by Mark or anyone else at Corning Truck WashI hope they decide to contact me, but that has yet to happen.However, I was able to mitigate the total cost of the repairs at Aloha RV because I had only the letters and logos that were actually damaged replaced saving some money on laborThe paid bill of $is attached to this email.I am seeking to be reimbursed for that amount plus the cost of the original wash which was $65.25.
