I was experiencing problems with my garage door not closing properly when activatedI contacted Kaiser Garage Doors and they sent a service technician outRather than replace the entire motor and track, which most repair companies opt for as the first option, they tried all other available options to repair the door first without any additional charges Unfortunately, after years, the motor and track did require replacingThey replaced the motor and track in less than hour I have used them over the past years to replace worn parts and they have always been very prompt and professional Most companies first option is to recommend replacement as more money is involvedI did not experience that with Kaiser Garage Doors
