I am writing today in nothing else that I can describe as utter disgust due to the manner that one of your local Aspen Dental offices has been running and treated my mother Your Warwick, RI location recently booked my elderly mother, [redacted] , dob: 4/5/50, account# [redacted] , for a number of treatments to include a crown My mother was told her state health insurance ( [redacted] ) would cover the costs of her crown and she would only be liable for a $copay She has documentation demonstrating this as well On 11/30/my mother received a bill in the amount of $ My mother is elderly, sick, and low income solely relying on her small social security disability income I am completely appalled at how this office misled my mother into receiving this dental work under the premise she needed it and that it would be covered by her insurance It was this office's duty to inform my mother that the work would not be covered PRIOR to her receiving treatment so she wo

DO NOT GO!! They only want your money
I went in because I had a broken tooth and no dental insuranceI went to Aspen because I heard they had a payment plan...mistake #I ended up needing a root canal and crownAs I was signing the paperwork, they gave me a $bluetooth toothbrush (that I did not need)When I questioned it, they said it was part of the treatment planI couldn't remove itI ended up signing anyway...mistake #They said I need all roots doneFineRoot canal and crown were done and I was sent on my way...$3,laterNow, years after that, I get an abscess on the tooth and I go back to find out why...mistake #Apparently, they only did 1/roots (!?!) and now I need another root canal, but they will be giving me a discount based on what I already went throughI ended up writing a poor review on *** (they sent me a request to rate them, mistake on their part)I was then contacted by their regional manager, MikeHe wants to work with me to make things rightWell, apparently, the dentist told him that there is now decay in that tooth and it can't be savedIt needs to be removed and I need to get a bridge or an implant and they will give me a significant discountSo, I questioned thisIf, as they are telling me, the procedure was done right and there were no gaps when they put the crown on, how is there decay after years? They are supposed to last at least yearsI know some who have had them last longerI asked that question on July 7, It is now July 20, and the manager has not gotten back to me like he promisedI am furious!! So, let's recap:
They made me buy a toothbrush that I did not need
They did not tell me they didn't complete the root canal (I left thinking all roots were done)
They are not answering my questions about how this could have happened (if they are correct about the procedure being done properly)
I am currently unable to chew on that side of my mouth, with alleged decay under a crown, and no one is getting back to me with how they are going to fix itNEVER GO TO ASPEN DENTALTheir dentists are liars, their management has no back bone and they will rob you blind

Review: I ordered product from [redacted] which I have for some years now, I received a order confirmation #[redacted] plus they charged my credit card $59.98 but never received my order!!! I have made many attempts to email at no avail and call the phone # they list on their website that does not work####-###-####. They also have a # listed on my credit card statement when they charged my CC, this # does not work either ###-###-####. I've tried calling [redacted] w/the address they have listed, also no avail! I've tried researching the company and that's how I found out that the company that actually manufactures the product for cosmedicine is Trueyou.com Inc but again can't get through to them either! I know it's only $60.00 dollars but it's the principal! Please help me!Thank you kindly,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like my Credit Card Credited!
