Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] [redacted] wrote the wrong mattress on the invoice, I assumed she would write the correct mattress on the invoice but when I got my mattress it was the wrong one and she was unwilling to resolve thisThe mattress I originally picked out she tried charging me $more for itShe even admitted that they switch the store around consistently and I even have her on recording saying that as I recorded her voice messagesI asked her to come get her mattress and give me a refund and that I would go some where else and she ignored me for days as I continued to call her then she finally answered and said she would do nothingI did not call her a stupid Mexican, she continues to try to make this about a racial situation when I did not say that to her at all and frankly I'm getting extremely tired of her mentioning that she is MexicanHer skin color has nothing to do with the kind of business she's running and what she is doing is scamming peopleIts known as "bait and switch"You tell the customer they'll get one thing and give them another and then ignore them when they try to get the correct productThis is not how anyone should be running a businessIf you would like the recordings or screen shots of her unprofessional texts messages and her not answering my calls please let me knowI'd be happy to send them over as proof of how she is handling the situation

Hi this is *** from Cost Less about ID #*** I just want to tell you that the customer signed inv saying that she got what she order,but she wanted us to give her an $dlr mattress for the same priceWe cant do that, read the invoce and it has all the info about the item and she can
send you pics of the tag on mattress they match the description on the invoiceI wanted to help more but she has a big mouth, she even call me stupid,it mexicanAny questions call me 619-258- Sincerely *** ***

 [redacted] wrote the wrong mattress on the invoice, I assumed she would write the correct mattress on the invoice but when I got my mattress it was the wrong one and she was unwilling to resolve this. Review: I purchased a mattress from cost less furniture, we had gone into the store and picked out the mattress we wanted, we then told ninfa what mattress we would like, she wrote up the paper work as we walked around looking at the other furniture. We signed and payed for the mattress assuming it was the correct mattress she had written on the paper . we got our mattress delivered on 6/19/15 we realized it was the wrong mattress, we gave her a call Monday on 6/22/15 explaining this was not the mattress we had picked out. She continued to argue and say it was, I went down to the store and the mattress we picked out was in fact completely different, the mattress wasn't even in the spot we were at and she told us they move the store around a lot so obviously she couldve made a mistake. I even asked her to check the cameras so she could see what mattress it was however she said she didn't have cameras. She said it would cost us a $150.00 restocking fee to return the mattress and get the refund and then told us if we wanted the mattress that we had originally picked out that it would be $250.00 more after we had already paid $500 for the mattress. I asked to speak to the owner and she said I couldn't and then she stated she wasn't the owner, I called the very next day she would not call me back, I called her numerous times Tuesday and then Wednesday she finally called me back saying she is unwilling to even return the mattress or give us a refund. She told me that she doesn't make mistakes and then proceeded to hang up on me. This is not the mattress we picked out. We assumed she would've wrote down the correct one but she honestly didn't and now she's refusing to even give me a refund, to give me the right mattress or to do anything to make this situation correct. Shes literally given us the wrong product and neglecting us just so she can keep the money. She's also sharing our personal information on yelp, & pretending not to be the manager. Very dishonest company!Desired Settlement: I would like her to give us a refund, take her mattress so we can go to a more reputable and honest company.
