I believe on this complaint the gentlemen has this vehicle in his possession and he lied on this complaint The door that he complained abonever showed up at [redacted] We also told him to go to [redacted] and never showed up We can't fix the vehicle if they don't show up at garages for appointments The gentle keeps calling and also the gentlemen has been told a few times that the thing he wants to get done on his door is not under warranty We were trying to help him out as a courtesy, in the meantime he is way overdue on his payments and refuses to come in I believe he is trying to scam to get out of payments on this matter
