There was no suggestion to move, *** *** and his roommate were told they had to move because of the criminal activity*** and his roommate's lease is in the process of being terminated and if they do not move within days of October 15th he and his roommate will be evictedHe
was given written day notice because of criminal activities, peace disturbance and indecent exposure*** *** and his roommate were asked to leave because of the constant VIOLENT fighting that goes on in their apartmentIn the months since they have been here at Cottonwood Park the police have been called to their apartments on several occasions occasion (POLICE REPORTS WERE DONE)There are constant complaints from his neighbors about the fightingSoon after they first moved in I witness the behavior as I heard them screaming, yelling, and fighting from my office which is across the parking lot from where they live and they were inside and then brought the behavior outsideI have spoken to both *** and his roommate about this behavior and my fear of someone getting hurt weather it was one of them or one of their neighbors getting caught up in the cross fireThey have been given verbal and written notice and I have strongly expressed to them that this type of behavior was not tolerated and assaulting someone is criminal behavior and dangerous and in addition they were disturbing their neighbors, and if it continued that they would have to move(SO THEY WERE GIVEN NOTICE) On the day that they were asked to leave was after they fought for more than three hours the night beforeOne of the roommates was taken to jail they both were in my office and expressed how they had physical assaulted each otherI had gotten complaint calls about them fighting all night and how scary and disturbing the fighting wasOne of their parents even came to the office with them and expressed their concern with the violent behavior that is constant with themWhile in my office, *** and his roommate both acknowledged that there was damage to the apartment from there constant fightingAlso, while in my office on of them pulled down their pants (NO UNDERWEAR) and exposed themselves to me showing the scares on his butt that the other had put on themThe other roommate showed his scares on his neck where the other had assaulted himIf *** paid for damages, he paid for damages he did while fighting in his apartment with this roommateAs *** expressed we did fix any problems they has and id he called we wentIf the carpet stinks that has nothing to do with us, it has something to do with how they clean their apartments, we are not responsible for their house keepingWhat *** is saying is not trueWe have police reports and documented notices of lease violations and documented complaints and I have witnessesAfter pants were pulled down in my office, I had to threaten to call the police to get them out of my officeThis violent behavior is not a one-time thing, not even two or three time thing, it is constant*** and his roommate's behavior, not allowedThe amicable resolution is for him and his roommate to moveAnd if they do not move within that time the eviction process will proceed and the court, make sure they move
