I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meNothing beyond paying the body shop bill was discussed or offered!I am out a lot more than just the body shop billI was without the truck for close to two months between not being able to drive it and getting it repairedMaking several out of the way trips to marysville and all the phone calls just to get this fixed.I am accepting this on good faith they will actually reimburse the body shop billAs I am already out enough time, I'll cut my losses here

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I will be getting my car serviced and repaired by Coughlin Toyota in Hebron and will be happy to do business with them again in the futureThey stood by their products and services and I appreciate their speed in resolving the issue

Our Service Director, [redacted] ***, has been in touch with Mr [redacted] and let him know we would assume responsibility for the damage caused while his vehicle was being repaired at our location.We regret this had to get to this point, and will handle the costs associated with the problem detailed[redacted] said this was acceptable to Mr [redacted] and that they would work out the details to make that happen to Mr [redacted] satisfaction

We reviewed the complaint from [redacted] and have taken care of it last week [redacted] has contacted the customer and agreed to reimburse the amount in dispute A check was mailed last Wednesday and the customer has told *** he is satisfied with the outcome I'm sure [redacted] explained to [redacted] this is not indicative of how we strive to conduct business, and I hope that he will consider us for his future automotive needs

I have asked [redacted] to personally handle this issue for Mr [redacted] I followed up with him this morning and received this response: I have left him three messages, one at work and two at home and still have not heard backI will call again this morningIf I havent heard from him maybe responding to the Revdex.com asking him to give me a call will work if that works better for him [redacted] We will wait to here from Mr [redacted] regarding his rejection and stand ready to address his issue For your information

Our [redacted] has reached out to *** [redacted] and offered the entire amount in dispute as well as some additional money to compensate *** [redacted] for his time, inconvenience and fuel traveling to Heath *** [redacted] has indicated this resolution is satisfactory and that he will communicate this on the Revdex.com site I'm sorry he encountered these problems dealing with this repair issue, it is not indicative of how we conduct business and we regret that it occurred in the first place I hope *** [redacted] will consider us in the future for his automotive needs

Our Internet Director, M, has reached out to MrCr and arrived at a satisfactory solution to the issues in this complaint The error was our fault with the travalue which we have corrected and we were also able to update MrC [redacted] s bank terms which secured a more favorable rate for him We apologize for this and hope MrC***r will consider us in the future for his automotive needs

We have made several attempts both by phone and email over the last three weeks to reach Mr*** He has not responded to any of our efforts to help resolve his complaintCould you please close this case as satisfied for us?

*** *** was contacted regarding her concerns. Her vehicle was towed into our dealership at our cost first thing the following day. We diagnosed the issue to be a broken harmonic balance pulley. At that time we also preformed a complimentary inspection of the rest of her vehicle to ensure no other damage or known issues existed.
Finding nothing further we then replaced the broken pulley, confirmed vehicle was in proper running condition, washed and vacuumed it and made ready to be delivered back to *** ***' home. We then drove the vehicle back to *** ***, and confirmed that evening via phone and e-mail that she was pleased with our end result.
All concerns were addressed, and *** *** was not charged of billed for any of the repairs or transportation costs incurred

I am rejecting this response because:I am grateful for Coughlin making repairs to my vehicle in a timely manor after me filing a complaint however I purchased a car with a full factory warranty and a clean car fax for $16,000 later to find by coughlins body shop to be a wrecked car when bringing it in for a warranty claim on the paint.  I was told the warranty will not cover this due to it being repaired.  The paint has already been a problem once and I am sure it will be again.  The warranty I paid for in the price of the car is not valid and the warranty is the sole reason I purchased this vehicle.  I believe there is a financial difference that is owed to me due to the warranty not being intact like what I purchased and the likelihood of my paint cracking again in the winter as it did the previous.

All--to clarify.  I offered to 100% rescind the deal, make her financially whole from the original purchase, including the tax savings from her...

trade-in.  She stated that this was not something that she wanted to do, and that she does like the Trax.  So at this point Im not sure that this claim should go against us.There is nothing we can do to satisfy her, including take the vehicle back.
