MY HUSBAND AND I HAD A FLOOD IN OUR HOUSE ON JULY 13, WE FILED A CLAIM WITH OUR INSURANCE COMPANY (COUNTRY FINANCIAL) THEY SENT OUT AN ADJUSTER AND AN APPRISAL, UNTIL THIS DATE I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM COUNTRY FINANCIAL I'M AND MY HUSBAND IS I HAVE FELT IN MY KITCHEN OR TIMES, BECAUSE I FLOOR IS MESSED IN THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM I'M AT MY WITTS END AND DON'T WHAT TO DO ABOUT GETTING THE INSURANCE COMPANY TO COVER THE DAMAGES IN MY HOUSE I HAVE FURNISHER IN MY BASEMENT MESSED UP WITH WATER AND MOLD

Customer received merchandise on 6/11/He called us with his issues and we set up the service call for 6/13/Our service technician touched up the dings the customer complained about and also corrected the door on the HutchAt the time the customer was satisfied with the repairs on the
Dining Set. I have attached the service record with his signature for your referenceThe table and of the chairs the customer purchased were in fact floor models sold as isThe customer was aware of this and it is clearly stated on his invoiceI have attached a copy of his invoice. We still came out and addressed his concernsWe have re-ordered a new dresser for the customer as it was damaged during delivery to him. As far as the construction of the products we do not design the products and therefore we do not have the ability to change this design on anything when the products are received as it would void the warranty*** Company is a $billion company and therefore stand behind the products through any of their dealers

The customer did not want to wait for the fabric to come in so we allowed them to reselect a new recliner. [redacted]'s wife reselected a different recliner on 8/22/16 and signed the invoice agreeing to the terms of sale. We gave them full credit for the original recliner ($305) toward the new recliner which was $509. The difference was the $220.32. We feel we went above and beyond for this customer. I have attached both a copy of the original order and the reselected order for your reference.

they didn't say anything !!! BILLING WAS FROM MONTH TO MONTH. WE DIDNT USE IT THAT MONTH AND WE ARE NOT PAYING FORTHAT MONTH. I HAVE HAD THIS INSURANCE COMPANY SINCE THE 90 S ! AND I WAS TOLD THEM I WAS PAYING FOR ONE ONE IN AHEAD.AND WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT HAVE THAT MONTH.

I am rejecting this response because:Country Financial has send a letter  to explain things which I already was made aware of. they mad mistakes so they will have to pay for those mistakes. I do not have to pay for there mistake.  I want them to refund all of the 242.77 and the billing department can send a check for 2 of the bank fee's I received due to CF taking funds out early then on the day we agreed on the 25 of every month. I would be happy to provide bank statements to prove this....... CF has not contacted me by phone to deal with this matter....From March to may We had NO Ins Coverage and they did not contacts to informed us... we have terminated out auto policy with CF due to CF in ability to conduct processional business with out money.. they abused there trust and their word ... I never gave them permission to take money out on May 17,2017... there for they stole my money and I want it back.......

The company accepted my assertion that their agent shouldn't have issued the policy. The company backdated the policy to the date of inception, and I was told to disregard another billing that was sent to me as well. I presume, based on this, they have pulled their file from the collection agency they reported my account to, but in the meantime I filed a dispute with that agency to be certain. Assuming this is the last of this issue, I am satisfied that the company's response to my complaint with the Revdex.com has been handled satisfactorily.
