Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please see attached bills for damages to my vehicle while in the care of Country Side TowingRegardless as to weather or not you claim your mechanic did not remove parts from my vehicle, someone at your establishment took it upon themselves to remove parts from my vehicle at some point while my vehicle was under your careI am sure you do not have the ability to watch every move your mechanics make and unfortunately one of them decided to steel parts from my vehicle Attached you will also see the bill to have to replace the faulty radiator your establishment installed along with the2nd towing billWhy would any intelligent person bring their vehicle back to an establishment that previously refused to bring their vehicle to the garage they wanted to go to Parts were stolen off their vehicle and less then months later they are stranded on the side of the road for the second time with the same problem? I called your business several time and was told they have no knowledge about the warranty on my vehicleI was told I could only speak with the owner [redacted] who was never around to take my callThe women who answered the phone each time never even bothered to ask me for my contact informationThis is very poor business practice and you should be ashamed of the way I have been treatedI never would have filed a claim with the Revdex.com if you had taken the time to listen to my problems and offered me a refund of some kindInstead I was blown off or swept under the rugI feel as though I have had to pay an excessive amount of money to properly repair my vehicle and I believe that your business who is the route cause of the bills should be held accountable Regard [redacted]

Our mechanic never once touched the wiper motor and there was no reason to and they are not close to each otherIf the vehicle got towed here the radiator would have been under warrantyWe did receive a phone call about asking about the warranty and never got a call back and the situation was
never mentionedSince the vehicle was never brought here the second time there is no refund
