Coy Laboratory Products

I ordered a few items on Nov. 26, 2018. When I phoned a week later to check on the status of the order, I was told that the order had shipped out and would arrive in two business days. However, their website indicated that the order was still being processed. I asked for tracking information and was told the tracking information would be e-mailed to me. It never arrived. I called back about one week later and was told the person who could help me with my order was unavailable and would call me back. That is yet to happen. This company has charged my University procurement card for the items but not delivered them.
