With regards to your credit report information, usually your lenders will report new balances, payment activity, credit limit changes and other new info once every 30 days. That number can definitely vary depending on the particular credit bureau and lender, though. Each account listed on your credit report also has a “Last Reported” date. To find that out, just head on over to your reports, click on the account you’re wondering about, and look at the very top of the Account Details list. If it has been longer than 30 days, you could consider filing a dispute with the credit bureau showing the outdated information.

As suggested by the response from Credit Karma, I responded to [redacted]a this morning with the following:

I need to have my phone number updated to [redacted].  That was the point of my information being faxed over.
Thank you for confirming that it was received and no updates have been made to my account.
To date, my number has not been updated for Credit Karma.
