When we moved from Pittsburgh to York Haven on October 9, 2018, we never received an item which was loaded onto their moving truck We never received a weighted umbrella base This was a piece of our patio furniture which the umbrella anchored to I filed a claim with the company that week and never heard a reply I also checked multiple times with their customer service department who transferred me to their generic telephone menu Claims never returned my call, messages, or attempted to solve this issue I would like reimbursed for the item which was never delivered to my house

Review: I setup a Saturday move on 6/28/2014 and paid our $300 deposit. The day of the move (which was supposed to start at 10 am) no on ever showed up. I had to be out of the location on Monday due to the lease. I had to find a truck for immediate rental (there was one within a reasonable driving distance, nothing from [redacted]). We've tried calling, leaving voicemails, and emailing and have yet to receive any response. Our deposit has not been returned.Desired Settlement: I want my deposit refunded in full. I would also like an explanation of what happened, and an apology.

Review: This company is now operating under the name "Culmer Moving & Labor Solutions". The phone number is ###-###-#### and the email is [redacted]. website: [redacted]

Their moving crew moved me from Gibsonia, PA to Cranberry, PA on 12/9/15. After taking their time (and yes, I paid for that time) to wrap and protect my furniture, they broke my table anyway. JC agreed to file an insurance claim and pay for the damage. He then stalled and delayed for 2 months. After I threatened to give public reviews on social media and file complaints with Revdex.com, etc., he agreed to pay for the damage. It's now 2/16/16, more than 3 months after the move, he still hasn't made the payment. He refused to answer e-mails or return phone calls. Meanwhile, they are stepping their effort on Facebook to try to get more business. I don't want this business to be out there hurting other unsuspecting consumers. The amount he agreed to pay is very small, only $120.Desired Settlement: Pay the agreed $120 insurance claim.

I have not received this TV. Mister [redacted] refused to take any responsibility for the broken legs on the desk.Desired Settlement: I want the TV replaced and the desk repaired by a professional furniture repair coumpay.
