Hotel charged us when we had no personnel @ their location We've repeatedly requested signed folios via email and phone calls, hotel hasn't supplied We had personnel staying at the Super at Monocasy Blvd in Fredrick, MD We were charged for nights when we did not have personnel in the rooms We repeatedly asked the hotel for signed folios showing who was staying in the rooms we were charged for They have never sent those They did send folios but it shows no names and has no signaturesOur company representative, Shantel, called repeatedly and emailed repeatedly We spent over $30,at this hotel and we let them know we had more business on the way but we had to resolve these incorrect billings
